CONCRETE PAVEMENT

  1. Determine soil consistency and for voids up to 30 feet
  2. Stabilizing concrete pavements, filling voidsand reestablishing load transference across joints
  3. Filling and leveling surface holes
  4. Filling voids around pipes and catch basinsand water proofing these areas
  5. Other patching materials

Speaker Information

Instructor,Joe Kindler, P.E., holds a Bachelor’s degree from Case Institute of Technology and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio. Over his career, he has been a Maintenance Engineer for ODOT District 6, Street Maintenance Engineer for the City of Columbus, and a Principal in Pavement Maintenance Construction Company (introducing Micro Surfacing to Ohio). He has over 20 years’ experience as a consultant, specializing in Pavement Management using PAVER(TM) Software from APWA. He has also taught Asphalt Pavement at Ohio State University to seniors and juniors.
