3.1 Notice of Intent DEP 190-532
Applicant: The Stop & Shop Supermarket Co.
Location: Lot 3 256 Washington Street
Project Description: A 6’x10’ kiosk and six multi-product dispensers to be owned and operated by Stop & Shop Supermarket across the street. Associated improvements include stormwater management facilities, parking areas, drive aisles and landscaping as illustrated on the Site Plan drawings.
2 employees onsite trained in containment. There is a fail safe in place. Snow storage is off-site. There is an on-site procedure to accept back motor oil. They need a permit from the Fire Department.
Paul motioned to close the public hearing and issue an Order of Conditions which states we must receive notification of where and how hazardous waste will be stored. Motion was seconded by Minot, 4 in favor, 1 opposed
3.2 8 Woodrow Street – Rari Hilditch
They have 1 acre of land locked property they would like to leave undeveloped. The fair market value in 2006 was $1.53 sq ft. Hudson has previously paid $1.12 sq ft. Further discussion at a later date.
