The Line Up

To minimize the hassle, we are keeping the logistics simple! Tabletop displays only (1-6" draped and skirted table). Suppliers are encouraged to bring marketing and promotional materials and to use small, tabletop displays. NO large displays or backdrops are permitted.

Please limit the number of individuals at your tabletop exhibit to two for the duration of the event. One Showcase registration is included with exhibitor registration. The second and subsequent attendees will need to register as additional guest. If you will be representing a portfolio of properties, you may have no more than two individuals who must each be promoting the entire portfolio. If individual properties within the portfolio wish to promote their property, they will need to purchase their own booth; they may not "share" the booth with the portfolio representative.

Passport cards will be provided to participants to help guaranteed visits to all exhibitor booths. Within the registration, please provide a short answer question in regards to your property, something like a scavenger hunt to have participants find your booth for a stamp.

Please no food as a part of booth exhibit unless it's the property's branding. We're asking properties to show off their property with other items rather than food. Hit a Home Run!

Each exhibitor is strongly encouraged to provide one (1) gift basket valued at $50 or greater that will be used as part of our chapter’s fundraising. We are encouraging gift baskets to include premium items that can be used as part of a silent auction. Let us know if you are holding an additional drawing at your booth so we can include you at the end of the day announcements. Please complete the attached donation sheet and return it to no later than 4/10/2017.

Register by April 1, 2017 and receive two all days passes to the event to give to two planners of your choice.
