TERMS, CONDITIONS & BOOKING PROCEDURES
To secure your booking a Non Refundable or Transferable Deposit of £150.00 will be required with the Remaining Balance due 14 Days Prior to the Event Taking Place.
All Banqueting Rooms are subject to availability, bookings are taken at the management discretion.
Outside Catering is not permitted with the exception of Birthday Cake that may be supplied for your event.
Cancellation of any event will result in Deposit being retained. Cancellations within 6 weeks will be charges as follows:
6-4 Weeks Notice – 50%
4-2 Weeks Notice – 75%
Within 2 Weeks – 100%
Cancellation Charges will extend to Room Hire, Food Charges & Estimated Bar Takings. All Cancellations must be given in writing.
Customers are welcome to decorate suites, however tacs, cello tape, double sided tape etc are not allowed. All decoration must be removed prior to leaving the suite and any damage caused will be charged for.
The Normandy Hotel fully supports the Scottish Drink Aware Campaign and will ensure our licence and licence holders are protected at all times.
The management reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice.
Buffet Menu’s within this package are not set in stone and can easily be adapted to suit your own requirements, our events team would be delighted to discuss tailor menu’s at your request.
