The Doctors

  • A doctor is generally always available and friendly. Drs are very considerate to your needs.
  • Drs Greenbury & Rosenthal are very helpful, caring and effective, also very professional and understanding.
  • Dr Kaufman is very nice
  • I’ve almost always been able to see my doctor-continuity is important

The Reception Team

  • The quality of customer care provided by the reception staff, they all are welcoming, friendly and maintain this under considerable pressure of work
  • Lovely young black woman at reception
  • The reception staff (Selina & Miriam) are so helpful & positive
  • The reception staffs are very polite, friendly & helpful

General

  • Patient welfare
  • I have been at the same practice for thirty years and am very happy and would not want to go anywhere else
  • Everything is good about the services offered at this surgery from reception to all the doctors, it is excellent
  • Yes it is helpful that the blood test can be done here instead of going to hospital plus able to see the nurse for minor things like blood pressure checks
  • Good facilities, doctors and administrative staff efficient, informative and helpful
  • Nice clean building, cheerful & very helpful staff
  • I feel that everyone here always has time to talk to you and more importantly, listen!
  • Very quick appointment dates and have always managed to get me in last minute
  • Staffs have been friendly and listened, referred to appropriate services

What, if anything, would you like to change about the practice?

  • Not having to wait so long for the appointments
  • Better & more available appointments
  • It can be hard to get through on the phone, difficult if you are working. I know this is because the staffs are busy, but nonetheless it is a problem
  • I miss the two nurses who worked at the previous location the present nurse, although carries out her work appropriately, does not have the same customer skills and warmth which helped me cope with the anxiety of having any treatments or discussing a problem
  • Opening Hours & availability, although this will always be at pressure. Saturday & Sunday opening days please
  • Evening surgery, due to work commitments, day time appointments not suitable
  • Difficult to get an appointment in an emergency. Blood results weren’t forwarded to my specialist appointment
  • Sometimes I feel I am not listened to enough, or not given a good enough explanation
  • Being asked what doctor you want to see
  • Toilets
