PARTICIPATION CHART

Earning Rewards

The participation chart is the method that we use to monitor how active each cadet is in corps events and activities. Each 9 weeks, cadet will be graded in their participations. Mandatory events do not count towards participation points/hours; since they are graded separately. In order to be awarded participation points/hours a cadet must either have signed in on the event attendance roster or furnish a document reflecting the hours and event worked to the PERSONNEL NCO. The personnel NCO will be the only cadet authorized to update the PARTICIPATION CHART.

Cadets will earn rewards based on the points/hours earned. This document provides a breakdown of rewards associated with participation points/hours.

The handbook states that a cadet must have worked a minimum of 50% core hours. When the participation grade is taken each cadet should be reflecting a minimum of 50% in the percentage block.
