Job title: Content Management SystemAdministrator

Accountable to Resources Director

Grade:NJC SCP18: £8,819 for14 hours per week (pro rata of £22,048for a full-time post).

Aim of the Job:

Camden Clinical Commissioning Group (CCCG) has commissioned Mind in Camden to deliver one of the key projects of its strategic aims for mental health provision in the borough, namely, the development and maintenance of a mental health website suitable for service users, GPs, healthcare staff and the general public.

This is a new post that is funded until March 2018.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Take responsibility for managing the input of data
  2. Make content updates using the Drupal content management system
  3. Uphold the agreed content management process to ensure that all necessary quality checks and approvals have been performed prior to posting
  4. Serve as the primary client liaison for web content related tasks and activities
  5. Deal with queries and complaints from end users
  6. Develop effective systems for maintaining data quality
  7. Analyse data and produce monitoring reports
  8. Keep your manager appraised of progress, changes and potential problems
  9. Work in a team environment with volunteers

Team and Partnership Responsibilities

  1. Commitment to working towards activity and performance targets set by your Manager
  2. Assist your Manager in inducting, supporting and coaching volunteers if required
  3. Work collaboratively with staff from the CCG communications team and the website developers

General Duties:

  1. Work within the context of the wider Mind in Camden organisation and participate in internal and external meetings as required.
  2. Work alongside partner staff as an integrated team and participate in related internal and external meetings as required by your Manager.
  3. Work to Mind in Camden policies, procedures and guidance.
  4. Work in accordance with CCG policies procedures, plans and guidance.
  5. Be accountable for all aspects of your work to your Manager through supervision.
  6. Undergo such training and qualification as is consistent with the satisfactory performance in the post.
  7. Perform other duties as reasonably required by your Manager.

Main Conditions of Service:

  • Salary scale is NJCSCP18 £8,819for 14 hours per week (pro rata of £22,048 for a full-time post).
  • Overtime is not paid, but time off in lieu may be granted.
  • Mind in Camden currently has a non-contributory pension scheme of 5% of salary payable after 13 weeks in service.
  • The hours of work per week are 14thatwill be worked between 9.30am – 5.30pm with a one hour (unpaid) lunch break. These hours should ideally be worked over three days. Evening, weekend and bank holiday work maybe be requiredon occasion.
  • Annual leave entitlement is initially 27 days plus public holidays (pro-rata for part-time staff)..

Qualifications & Experience

  1. No specific qualifications are required
  2. Experience of managing a Drupal or other equivalent content management system
  3. Experience of managing data collection
  4. Experience of producing reports

Knowledge

1. Thorough understanding of the principles of good customer service

2. An understanding of the principles of good partnership working

3. An interest in mental health

4. A good basic understanding of mental health services
