Item 2Educational Background and Business Experience

Jared L. Woodward was born in April of 1990. After high school, he earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Corporate Finance at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Mr. Woodward was a registered representative with Transamerica Financial Advisors from 2014 to 2016 and is currently an Investment Advisor Representative with Signator. Mr. Woodward has successfully passed two securities registration examinations: Series 7 and 66. To maintain these registrations, Mr. Woodward completes a FINRA continuing education course every three years and SIGNATOR’s continuing education courses each year.

Item 3Disciplinary Information

Jared Woodward has not been involved in any legal or disciplinary event that is material to a client’s or prospective client’s evaluation of him.

Item 4Other Business Activities

In addition to offering investment advisory services as an Investment Advisor Representative of Signator (a Registered Investment Adviser), Mr. Woodward is a Registered Representative of SIGNATOR’s broker-dealer and an independent insurance agent who is appointed by numerous insurance companies. As a Registered Representative of Signator’s broker-dealer, Mr. Woodward may recommend transactions in securities products such as mutual funds and variable annuities. When clients purchase or sell securities through Signators’s broker-dealer at Mr. Woodward's recommendation, Signator and Mr. Woodward may be paid a commission. As an independent insurance agent, Mr. Woodward may recommend fixed insurance contracts to clients such as fixed annuities or life insurance. When clients purchase fixed insurance contracts at Mr. Woodward' recommendation, he may be paid a commission. Mr. Woodward conducts these investment-related activities under the assumed or trade name of Keith Meyers Inc. Keith Meyers Inc. is not affiliated with Signator.

Mr. Woodward receives commissions, bonuses, distribution or service (“trail”) fees, and other compensation based on the sale of securities (including mutual funds and insurance products) and other investment products. Mr. Woodward also receives incentive-based, non-cash compensation in connection with his attendance at conferences, seminars, sales or training programs, and other trips (such as reimbursement for travel, lodging and meal expenses) and/or in the form of entertainment, merchandise and other benefits. Such payments and benefits may provide Mr. Woodward the incentive to recommend certain products based on the compensation received, rather than on the client’s needs.

A conflict of interest may exist between Mr. Woodward and his clients related to the compensation he receives for advisory services offered as an Investment Advisor Representative and the compensation Mr. Woodward receives for services offered as a Registered Representative of Signator’s broker-dealer and an independent insurance agent. Mr. Woodward may offer investment advice related to the purchase or sale of securities and/or insurance products. In some cases, when such investment advice is offered outside of a managed account arrangement, Mr. Woodward may receive a fee for the investment advice and, if the client purchases or sells a security or purchases a fixed insurance contract, Mr. Woodward may also be paid a commission.

Item 5Additional Compensation

Mr. Woodward may receive additional compensation in connection with his attendance at conferences, seminars, sales or training programs, and other trips (such as reimbursement for travel, lodging and meal expenses) and/or in the form of entertainment, merchandise and other benefits for providing advisory services.

Item 6Supervision

Jared Woodward is currently supervised by Lisa Doherty. Lisa Doherty is a designated supervisor of Signator. Lisa Doherty may be reached at 507-288-4248. Signator supervises the activities of Jared Woodward through on-site visits conducted by Lisa Doherty and her Regional Manager. In addition, Lisa Doherty supervises Jared Woodward’s e-mail communication and other activities that require her approval. Lastly, Signator utilizes various audit and monitoring/ surveillance mechanisms to oversee the advisory activities of Jared Woodward.
