CONDITIONS & TERMS OF RENTAL:.

  • Kitchen use- Must supply your own utensils, dishtowels, pots, pans, chafing dishes & wraps.
  • Per borough health codes , all food servers must wear gloves
  • The premises must be left in a clean and orderly condition
  • Floors must be swept & mopped
  • Tables and chairs must be wiped off and stacked
  • NO decorations are to be taped to the walls. Decorations must be removed after event.
  • Bathrooms are tobe cleaned.
  • Wet mop floors with plain water
  • Garbage is to be taken outside & placed in dumpster.
  • You must not sell admission into the hall for food & drinks.
  • Personal belongings must be removed prior to leaving the premises.
  • All candles MUST be covered with a globe or container in a holder.
  • NO OPEN FLAMES ALLOWED.
  • Bar Use- No Alcoholic beverages will be permitted outside the hall.
  • No glass bottles or cans will be permitted on the floor.
  • The bartenders will pour all beverages into cups provided by you.
  • Parkside Fire Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen property.
  • Anyone under the age of 18 must have supervision.
  • The property rented must be used for purposes above stated, and none other.
  • The premises must be used for a lawful purpose. Violation of any laws, statutes or ordinances of Federal, State, County or Township by the renters will result in the termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of any rent or deposit paid.
  • The undersigned renters agree to pay any and all damages to the premises or contentsthat occurs during the time of its use.

RESERVATIONS: All paying rentals have a $100.00 security deposit for damage, failure to leave hall in clean condition will result in loss of your deposit. The Hall will be reserved when your $100.00 damage deposit is received in the office. The rental fee must be paid prior the event in the form or certified check or money order ONLY. The reimbursement of a security deposit will be issued within one week after the event (with the Lou Hong Memorial Hall being left in satisfactory condition).

CANCELLATION: To receive a refund on your initial deposit, you must cancel one month in advance of your event.
