Exhibitors wishing to stay overnight are welcome to bring caravans or tents. There will be on-site catering including a beer tent and entertainment on Friday and Saturdaynights.

All vintage, classic cars, tractors, motor bikes and commercials must be taxed and insured. All exhibitors, including those displaying stationary/steam engines, must carry a minimum of £5,000,000 (five million pounds) third party liability insurance cover. All steam engines must hold a current boiler certificate.

All caravans and tents must comply with the conditions of the Organisers instructions issued during the event and those attending the event must carry third party liability insurance to a minimum of £1,000,000 (one million pounds).

The siting of the exhibit is at the absolute discretion of the Site Manager and may be changed at any time. The Organisers reserve the right to move any exhibit prior to and/or during the gathering should the needarise.

The Organisers cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property, howevercaused.

The Organisers’ ruling on all matters isfinal.

Information on this form may in whole or part be recorded in a computer in accordance with current data protection legislation. All data recorded under your name may be inspected on application to the entriesmanager.

The Organisers warn all attendees of the dangers of Weil's Disease and other water borne infections but cannot be held responsible should any disease be contracted whilst attending or travelling to or from theevent.

All entrants must sign and date their application form to declare their agreement to abide by the conditionslisted.

All entrants must enclose a SAE for yourcar passes
