Parker Drilling Company (October 2006 – August 2009)

Driller (July 2008 – Aug.2009) Turkmenistan

Supervise and operate equipment and 10 man crew during drilling Oil and gas wells 11,000’to 14,000’. Rig CE D-3 with 399 Cat power. Supervised rig up and down during moves and rig down,stack-out procedures, and transportation from Turkmenistan to Kazakahstan. Rig had over 4 years without recordable accident or incident at finish of contract, rig move and stack out.

Jr. Rig Manager (Oct. 2006 – June 2008) Saudi Arabia

Night supervisor on remodeling mud pits and rigging up 4 new

drilling rigs for Al-Rashaid/Parker Drilling. Night crew

consisted 40 welders and fitters and 8 – 12 drilling crew. After rigs started operating I work out in field as relief Jr. Rig Manager and Driller as needed. Rigs were Cat 3516 D cyber-base with National- Varco top drives drilling horizontal holes. Transferred to Turkmenistan when Parker moved from Saudi Arabia.

Brown & Root Service (September 2003 – September 2006)

FIELD SUPERVISOR CJOA - KANDAHAR Army Base, Afghanistan

I am responsible for teams traveling to satellite FOB and PRT Bases, installing HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry. I supervise the evaluations and assessments made for new facilities for power and equipment needed to meet U.S. Military requirements. I insure correct procedures are used for layout and installing electrical power grids. I insure correct documentation of monthly maintenance (cleaning and inspection) and service requests for units with operational problems are completed and submitted in a timely manner. I supervise, check, and order required parts needed for repair of dead lined equipment brought in from field, including initial evaluation of repairing or replacing equipment. I hold training classes on Military Force Provider Equipment(oil fired space heaters 120,000 btu, a/c units 60,000 btu, and oil fired water heaters)and Wilms oil fired heaters 180,000-500,000 btu. I have installed and preformed trouble shooting on 3kw to 120kw military generators.

Way Engineering (May 2002 - September 2003)

Pipe Fabricator - HVAC System - Terminal E at Bush International Airport

May 2002 to July 2003 - Install piping cooling and heating(carbon steel and copper) by plans and sections. Install and test terminal heating units and inside and outside air handlers.

August 2003 to Sept. 2003 - renovate and update HVAC System for Hermann Hospital Operating rooms.

Gowan, Inc. (March 2002 - April 2002)

Pipe Fabricator

Field fabricate (measure and draw iso’s) and install piping for cooling system on new MRI’s in Methodist Hospital. Lay-out and install hot taps on existing cooling lines.

Phillips Services, Inc. (October 2001 - February 2002)

Foreman, Valero Refinery - Compton, California

Hydro-cracking Unit Maintenance Shutdown - supervise ten-man crew. Initiate permits for blinding, hot work and supplied

breathing air to dismantling, cleaning, inspecting, and

repairing equipment. Supervise repairs per inspection reports

and documentation of final inspection. Reassemble, test (if

required), and sign-off on completed work orders.

Nov 2000-Jan 2001 - Way Fab Shop - fabricate spool pieces for

Enron Building

Jan 2001-Aug 2001 - Reliant Stadium Central Plant - installed chill water and heating systems (consisting of ten chillers 5 m. BTU and four boilers (3 @ 800 hp and 1 @ 350 hp). Install piping (from 30" to 6") and pumps.

Sept 2001-Oct 2001 - set boilers and air compressors. Installed piping for both systems using plans and section prints. Completed punch lists and walk-down of both systems.

Mundy Company - Pipe Foreman (September 2000 - October 2000)

Supervise three fitters, three welders and three helpers fabricating spool pieces by isometric drawings during pre-down. I initiated hot work permits, scaffolding permits and permits for the removal of existing piping and equipment to be replaced by new.

Projects, Inc. - Pipe Fabricator (July 2000 - August 2000)

Fabricate spool pieces by isometric drawings and by plans and sections. Make hot taps and install piping and spool pieces.

Becon - Pipe Foreman, Chevron - Mt. Belvieu, TX (September 1999 - June 2000)

New construction; supervise three fitters, three welders and three helpers. Install rack pipe, equipment tie-ins, punch lists and walk downs.

Kvaerner - General Foreman (February 1999 - March 1999)

Supervise piping revisions to accommodate the addition of silencers on high volume blower dischargers.

C.M.P.I. - Construction Manager (1998 - 1999)

Supervise design and construction of new Plastic Acrylic Unit. Coordinate and report to plant manager and engineer. Accept bids and order materials needed. Walk jobs and initial bids for approval. Assist design engineer in setting up specifications and procedures for construction of project.

Trans-Texas Gas Corp. - Driller, Land Rig (1997 - 1998)

Supervise five men. Operate rig and coordinate drilling activities during twelve hour shift. Responsible for shift log on drilling depth, condition of hole, drill bit condition, and any unusual conditions or occurrences.

Texas Rice, Inc. - Licensed Weighmaster (1995 - 1997)

Inventory control for grain storage facility. Receiving and shipping of domestic and imported grain. Coordinate with customs when receiving and shipping grain.

I.S.T. Mechanical, Inc. - General Foreman (1992 - 1994)

Turn-around maintenance. Assist in planning and estimating jobs from $25,000 to $5,000,000. Supervise jobs when needed. Coordinate with plant managers, engineers and inspectors.

Turn-around maintenance.

Mundy Corporation (1986-1990)

Operator – Operate cherry-pickers and motor-cranes to 140 tons.

Pipe fitter Foreman – Supervised 6-10 man crew on fitting, welding, installing, and testing pipe.

Boilermaker Foreman – Supervised 6-10 man crew on dismanteling, cleaning,re-assembling, and testing heat exchangers, and vessels.

Parker Drilling Co. - Driller - Alaska Division (1977-1986)

I have worked on land rigs and offshore platforms and jack-up rigs. Supervise up to twelve man crew during drilling activities and moving rigs. Transportation of rigs by trucks, C-130 planes, helicopters and barges. Set-up new rigs and equipment and made modifications on older rigs to meet specifications of different locations.

O.D.E.C.O. - Sub-sea Engineer (Ocean Victory- (1977)

Maintain and repair motion compensation and B.O.P. systems surface and sub-surface. Setting and testing of wellhead equipment. Daily documentation on equipment status, ton cycles on motion compensation system, and inspection of B.O.P. equipment on ocean floor with underwater camera.

Estimate known and unknown gas and oil reserves and submitting drilling proposals to Partnerships, U.S.G.S. and State of Alaska for approval. Maintained daily logs and submitted final well history and logs to Partners, U.S.G.S. and State of Alaska.
