11:00 I. Call the Regular Park CD Board Meeting to Order – Martin Davis
11:05 II. Natural Streambed & Land Preservation Act (310) Site Inspection Reports:
A. PK-46-16 Ryan Neel: Big Creek – Replacement of existing, wooden bridge with steel bride to potentially include streambank/abutment stabilization with rock rip rap.
B. PK-45-16 Five Bar Six Ranch: Mill Creek – Replacement of existing, wooden bridge abutments with concrete blocks, to include streambank/abutment stabilization with boulders.
C. PK-44-16 Franklin Rigler: Yellowstone River– Installation of approximately 50 feet of rock rip rap keyed into bank in order to protect irrigation pump. Previously permitted (PK-28-15) but project was not completed.
11:35 III. Natural Streambed & Land Preservation Act (310) Discussion
A. PK-28-16C Dean Langton: Little Mission Creek – There appears to be a surface water diversion from Little Mission Creek into the pond on the floodplain below the house. There appears to be a buried line that enters the pond below dock.
B. PK-29-16C Dean Langton: Mission Creek – Bank of Mission Creek has been modified and a surface diversion was blocked with rock from the creek bed.
C. Hart Ranch c/o Richard Kerin: Yellowstone River– Discussion of bank stabilization project.
