Tolpuddle: Variation of Conditions:
WD/D/17/000210 – Land at Shakes Hole. Southover Farm Access Road,
Tolpuddle - Variation of conditions 2 & 3 of reference
APP/F1230/C/07/2056624 - to allow operation of the site on 4 days per
week (excluding clay pigeon activies. To remain as 1 day per week)
and to allow the hours of operation to be permitted up to 18.30 pm
between 1 April - 30 September in any calendar year. (Variation of

7. Co-option of Councillors
To consider the co-option of two members of the public who have volunteered to
serve as co-opted councillors for Puddletown Ward: Mr A Shepherd and Mr P
Churchill
8. Re-Appointment of Internal Auditor
To consider the re-appointment of the Internal Auditor, Mrs R. Darkin-Miller of
Darkin-Miller Associates.
9. Puddletown Matters
(a) To consider a donation to the Puddletown Society, arising from PPT at the last meeting.
(b) To receive the Puddletown Village Hall Treasurer’s Report – attached.
(c) Any other matters of interest to report.
10. Tolpuddle Topics
(a) Opening of new affordable housing 10th March
(b) Farm contractor traffic using Southover Lane – possible use of track
running along ridge at Southover.
(c) Any other matters of interest to report.
11. Weymouth and Portland Local Plan Review
To consider the submission of a parish council response to a consultation on
theWeymouthand Portland Local Plan Review (deferred from the last
meeting).
12. Highways, Byways and Rights of Way matters
Cllr P Drake will report on any issues arising in the parish.
13. Puddletown Recreation Ground
(a) Update on Play Park project.
(b) To receive quotation from Countrywide Grounds Maintenance for Sports
Pitch - treatment of broad leaved weeds, feed and vertidraining.
14. Puddletown Neighbourhood Plan Update
To receive any further updates since the last meeting.
15. Consultation on Controlled Waste Site - West Dorset District Council
To formulate any parish council response to a proposal for a controlled waste
site at Binnegar, Puddletown Road.
16. Correspondence
To consider any correspondence received since the agenda was set for
discussion, and for possible inclusion on the agenda for the next meeting in
April 2017
