Parent/Guardian Acknowledgement and Indemnity

I/We, the undersigned, acknowledge that I/we have read and understand all documents related to my/our child’s/ward’s acceptance into Woodcrest Academy and agree to abide by the conditions and policies laid down in these documents.

Collection Policy

I/we further acknowledge that:

  • I/we have read and understood the terms and conditions contained herein, and that I/we bind myself/ourselves to the collection procedure outlined.
  • I/we understand that the school may change these terms and conditions subject to reasonable notice.
  • Acknowledge that this agreement replaces any other agreement entered into regarding the payment of school fees by myself/ourselves.
  • Acknowledge that I am/we are liable for the payment of school fees as determined.
  • Confirm that, to the best of my/our knowledge, I am /we are able to pay the school fees, and will undertake to do so, and that I/we will inform the school immediately should this situation change.
  • Undertake to Inform the school’s Bursar of any changes of account or address immediately.
  • Acknowledge that the information provided by me/us regarding residential addresses and banking details is true as they appear on this document.
  • Consent to the issue of an emoluments attachment order should an instalment/s not be paid by the due date.

I/we hereby give consent for our child/ward to take part in any and all activities of the school that take place at the school, and also to take part in excursions and activities away from the school that have been arranged by the school.

I/we fully understand and accept that all such activities shall be undertaken at our child’s/ward’s own risk, and /we undertake, on behalf of ourselves, our executors and our aforesaid child/ward, to indemnify, hold harmless and absolve Woodcrest Academy, the principal and his/her staff from any or all claims whatsoever which may arise in connection with any loss or damage to person or property of my/our aforesaid child/ward in the course of such activities.
