Papers Should Be Written in Accordance with These Guidelines

Dear authors,

in order to simplify and speed up the process of printing and publishing of the International Tourism and Hospitality Managment Congress Proceedings, we are asking you to follow the guidelines for submitting full papers.

Papers should be written in accordance with these guidelines:

Paper must be submitted in the form of Microsoft Word 97-2003 document (.doc).

Abstract (Times New Roman, 10 pt font size) should not exceed 300 words, and it must clearly indicate the probem, objectives, research methods, results and conclusions.

Number of key words (written in the same font as abstract) should be between 3 and 8. Key words should efficiently represent the paper content.

Full paper should not exceed 15 pages, including abstract, main text, conclusions, references, tables and figures. Number and the structure of the figures is not particulary specified by the Scientific Committee and they are determined by the authors concept.

Main text in paper must be written using Times New Roman font (11 pt font size), with line spacing of 1.15, and without space between paragraphs.

Compulsory paper format is B5 (JIS). All margins should have the values of 2 cm, except left margin, which has a value of 2,5 cm.

Main heading is written in uppercase letters (Times New Roman, 12 pt, centre, bold). Before and after heading should be a blank line. Chapter titles are also written in bold uppercase letters, but they have 11 pt font size (Times New Roman) and are justified. Second order headings (sub-titles) are written in justified and unbold Times New Roman (11 pt) uppercase letters. Third order heading are written in justified and bold Times New Roman (11 pt) lowercase letters. All headings are separated from the main text with a blank line. None of headings should be numerated.

Name (first and family name) of author(s) is below the main heading (Times New Roman, 11 pt font size, centre, bold), and should have a blank line below and above. If there are more than one author, their names are written in the same manner, one below the another, only with notion that blank line between them should not exist. Use footnote (Times New Roman, 10 pt size) marked with numbers (1, 2...) after the name of each author to indicate: academic title, university or other institution where he/she is employed, place and country, as well as e-mail address.

Maximum number of authors per one paper is four. Name of one author can appear on no more than two papers.

Acceptable formats of figures are TIFF, BMP, IMG, PNG and JPG/JPEG. Do not include titles. Instead, they should be written below (Times New Roman, 11 pt), without blank line in between. Below the figure title (again without blank line), source should be listed. All figures are numerated in the same manner (Fig. 1., Fig. 2. etc.). One blank line needs to exist above and below figure with its title and source.

Tables should fit into the framework defined with margins. Times New Roman is also used for the text/numbers inside the table. Table title is listed above, and source below the table, in both cases without blank line in between. All tables are numerated in the same manner (Tab. 1., Tab. 2. etc.).

For citations in-text Harvard (author, date) system is recommended.

Eventual acknowedgements and additional notes should be given at the end of the main text, before the reference list.
