English Paper Format

Key Words (Times New Roman 11 Bold): Up to 6 words, commas among them,(Times New Roman 11). One blank line below.

1-Main titles (Times New Roman 13 bold, left aligned)

*Paper Size A4. Margins: top and bottom 2 cm, right 2 cm and left 2.5 cm.

* The space between lines shall be 1 unit.

* The body of abstract: Times New Roman 12 justified.

* One blank line (Times New Roman 12) between each paragraph and the subsequent main title.

* The extended abstract must be less than 500 words (without counting Main Title, Keywords, and tables' contentand References) including keywords, introduction, brief explanation and procedure of research, formulae, figures, tables and references.

*Do not mention the names of Authors in any part of this file.

* The size of the word file must be less than 1 MB

* The above box which contains the conference logo must be inserted in your word file too.

1-2- Subtitles: Times New Roman 12 bold and left aligned

*The references shall not be introduced in the middle of paper, just should be numbered in bracket and at the end of extended abstract mentioned.[1]

*Introduction of parameters and variables: Every parameter or variable shall be introduced immediately after its first appearance in the text.

1-3-Formula and equations

The formulas or equations shall be left aligned. All the formulae or equations shall be "Times New Roman 11" and numbered from 1. The number of each equation or formulae shall be inside parentheses and located in the right of the formulae as following:

(1) / Sin 2θ= 2sinθ cosθ
(2) / (a+b) 2=a2+b2+2ab

1-4-Tables

Each table shall be specified by a title and a number from 1 which shall be mentioned above the table, center aligned, in Times New Roman 11 bold. The tables shall be presented inside the text immediately after their first reference.(table1)

All the texts inside the tables shall be Times New Roman 11. Each table shall be separated by one blank line (Times New Roman 12) from the previous and subsequent texts.

1-4-Figures and charts

Each figure and chart shall be specified with a title and number from 1 which shall be mentioned below the figure or chart, center aligned, in Times New Roman 11 bold. The figures shall be presented inside the text immediately after their first reference.(Fig. 1)The quantities in figures is necessary. All the numbers, quantities, texts and legends inside the figures shall be Times New Roman 8. Each figure or chart shall be separated by one blank line (Times New Roman 12) from the previous and subsequent texts.

2-Conclusion

It is necessary to include the conclusion section after the main text.

3- References

References shall be mentioned at the end of the text according to their order in the main text.. The references shall be in Times New Roman 11.
