The regular meeting was called to order by First Vice President Maddie Walling at UAC 310 5:15pm. The roll was called by President Sophia Campos. A quorum was present.

- Epsilon Lambda Alpha Applications are due November 2nd at 5pm to Greek Affairs
o Each chapter should be nominated 2 people
o Shout out to Delta Zeta for being the first chapter in the Greek community to submit their two nominees
- Civic Engagement Forms should be turned in to show philanthropy dollars raised
o This is used to calculate points for the Greek Challenge and for the Dean of Students Excellence Awards
- Leadership Development forms should be turned in soon, your chapters have received this email
o For the Greek Challenge we need to know how many of your members hold officer positions outside of the Greek community.
- Congratulations to Gamma Phi Beta for their House Dedication ceremony on Sunday
o Their International President and Executive Director were on site for the occasion

"No Panhellenic sorority shall create merchandise specifically designed for men. All merchandise shall be created solely for Panhellenic women or chapter-related events."
