Pamala Griffith

Pamala is a connector and relationship cultivator. She brings an infectious enthusiasm to every encounter that lights up the room and makes people smile. She is a consummate “people person” who genuinely cares about the needs of others. She finds fulfillment and joy in making client, donor and vendor connections that brings value and benefit to whatever project she is working.

She is a gifted speaker, comfortable in both one-on-one settings as well as addressing large audiences. She is best known for bringing a “personal touch” to the relationships she forms. Where others craft a thank you email and hit “send”, Pamala will write a hand-written card, stamp and mail it.

Early in her career she was an independent sales director for Mary Kay, Inc. where she earned many accolades, top achievement awards and four automobiles! During her career with Mary Kay Cosmetics she volunteered with the American Cancer society and led her region to raise over $240,000.00 at their Relay for Life. She is a gifted trainer comfortable in both corporate and small group settings.

After her 12 years with Mary Kay she took her knowledge of networking and people skills and parlayed them into successful volunteer endeavors. When life allowed her to pursue a flexible schedule in the workplace, once again, her strengths and passion to do the things others would not, helped transform Olive Crest’s Inland Empire’s struggling Donor and Volunteer programs into viable, dynamic sources of contributions, revenue and a massive volunteer base.

As Director of Client Relations for The Savage Group, she invites fantastic ministries, churches, and foundations to engage with TSG in a meaningful and fruitful manner that advances their mission, ministers to their donors, brings everyone onto the same page, and builds up executive and board leadership.

Pam Souza, Executive Director – Executive Director, Pathways of Hope

Pam was an excellent asset to our foster family program at Olive Crest always going above and beyond her expected responsibilities in order to enrich the lives of our foster parents and the children they care for. She is filled with great compassion for all people and has an extraordinary gift in communicating with people who have resources to help them want to be a part of making life better for less fortunate children and families. She has a great heart.
