MINUTES OF MONTHLY MEETING HELD
OCTOBER 17TH, 2012
The monthly meeting of October 2012 was called to order by President Eric Moore at 7:06 PM
in the Recreation Center in Royal Palm Beach, Fl.

Clubs not represented are: Lake Worth Sharks/Barcelona, FC Florida, Parkland and Coral Springs. They will be notified of the missed meeting fines now due.
Minutes of the Monthly Meeting held on September 19th, 2012 were discussed and a motion to accept was made by Chris Niebling and Seconded by Mal Hasan, passed.
Reports:
*The Treasurer’s Report was read by Patrick Kennedy. He let everyone know that he purchased a Hot Spot for wifi access to help serve the needs of the league in a more effective manner. He also let everyone know that he will be creating a budget for the league.
*Alex Tapper read the VP of Rules and Regulations Report. In the U14 division there was a referee report that did not match the supplemental report. Gil Sousa, U14 coach of Boca United, was present to explain the events. Discussion took place regarding the discrepancy and through a unanimous decision by the PBSL Board members and all present club representatives, the information on the official game report would be followed and the player will receive a 2 count game suspension.
*VP of Referees had no report
New Business:
Alex also went over the rules for the upcoming Early Season Playoffs including the use of official FYSA rosters only. He also reminded clubs to register for the 2012-2013 Regular Season.
Motion made to adjourn meeting at 8:17 PM by Josh Gibson and Seconded by Mal Hasan, passed.
