Janitorial Services Required at PTCL HQs G-8/4, PTCL Staff Colony G-8/4, CDDT Building at H-9 and Zero Point Islamabad.
Sealed bids are required for Janitorial Services at PTCL HQs G-8/4, PTCL Staff Colony G-8/4, G-7/4, CDDT Building at H-9 and Zero Point Islamabad in accordance with the BoQ, Scope of Work etc… as specified in the Tender Documents. The tender documents are available in the office of the undersigned and can be obtained on payment of Rs.2500/- (non-refundable) through Bank Draft/Pay Order in the name of PTCL.
1. Bids with Bid Security of 2% of the total quoted price of the bids shall be submitted to PTCL Headquarters, Islamabad as per instructions to the bidders contained in the Bid Documents by 1200 hours on 26-9-2013.
2. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond/ security as per relevant clause(s). In case of non-compliance, the bids will be disqualified from further processing.
3. Bids received after the above deadline shall not be accepted and be returned unopened. Bids through E-mail / Fax / Courier shall not be accepted.
4. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder (s) or any obligations to inform the affected bidder (s) of the grounds for PTCL Action.
5. Bidder must mention their Vendor Registration code on quotation. In case vendor is not registered, then registration must be done before the issuance of Letter of Intent (LOI). Vendor Registration form can be downloaded from PTCL website www.ptcl.com.pk/media.
6. All correspondence on the subject may be addressed to the undersigned.
