Pain and Spine Fellowship Opportunity

The comprehensive Pain & Spine Fellowship at Scott & White is designed to provide educational experience in spinal and pain pathology to a graduate of a Neurosurgery training program or senior neurosurgery resident. Clinical and research experiences will be included. Both US and International candidates will be considered.

The fellow will receive experience in all aspects of spinal care, including that of degenerative conditions, deformity, trauma, as well as infectious and neoplastic disorders. The fellow will develop advanced clinical skills and identify specific pain generators with regard to degenerative conditions required. The rotations will be primarily with the Neurospine program and the Anesthesia Pain Team. The program’s emphasis will be placed on minimal invasive spine surgery and invasive pain therapies such as epidural injections / dorsal column stimulators. The fellow will receive experience in inpatient and outpatient care of both elective and emergent treatment.
