GOVERNOR'S REGULATORY REVIEW COUNCIL
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND AGENDA
March 27, 2018
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to members of the Governor’s Regulatory Review Council (Council) and to the general public that the Council will hold a meeting, open to the public, on March27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Arizona Department of Administration, 100 N. 15th Avenue, Room 300, Phoenix, AZ. Items for discussion at this study session meeting may be considered at the Council’s April3, 2018 meeting. For additional information, please call (602) 542-2058.
Persons with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation, such as a sign language interpreter, by calling Council staff at (602) 542-2058. Requests should be made as early as possible to allow time to arrange the accommodation.
A copy of the material provided to Council members (with the exception of material relating to possible executive sessions) is available for public inspection at the Council’s office, located at 100 N. 15th Avenue, Suite 305, Phoenix, AZ.
Under A.R.S.§ 38-431.03(A)(3), the Council may vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public, for the purpose of obtaining legal advice on any item on the agenda.
At its discretion, the Council may consider and act upon any agenda item out of order. Members of the Council may appear by telephone. The agenda for the meeting (subject to change up to 24 hours before the meeting) is as follows:
