POST-AWARD PROCEDURES
Last year, 56% of Pace grant applications were successful. We hope that yours will be too! If successful, the first step is to fill out the Sponsored Research External Funding Account Approval Form (EFAAF) for New and Added Funding. The SRAAF, along with a Notice of Award and approved budget, are required to be submitted to our office every time a new grant is to be established or a grant is renewed for another year. This form can be found on the Pace website at the following link:

If successful, and you have other externally funded projects that coincide in time with the new project, you will need to convey this information in the Account Approval Form.
We will then forward this to Finance and Administration (Diane Bynum, Grant Accounting Manager: 914-923-2282) to open an account for you, so you can begin your project.
