TAX, INTERISLAND FLIGHTS, FERRY TICKETS, MEALS, ALL INCLUDED PER ATTACHED ITINERARY.
These prices do not include
1. Beverages during meals; 2. Personal expenses of any nature;
3. Gratuities to tour guides (we suggest $2pp per day for guides & $1pp per day for drivers).
4. Gratuities for cruise (we suggest $8pp per day which is mandatory & expected by the end of the cruise)
PAYMENT POLICY
1)THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS DETERMINED AS FOLLOWS:
10-19 PAX=$1,000; 20-29 PAX=$1,500; 30-39 PAX=$2,000;
40-59 PAX=$2,500; 60-99 PAX=$3,000; $250 pp is due 120 days prior to departure.
2)A final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure.

CANCELLATIONS
1)Cancellation and trip insurance are available, through Access America. Coverage:
Trip cancellation & interruption up to trip cost

TRIP CANCELLATION INTERRUPTION INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
2)All group cancellations should be submitted in writing to our group manager. In the event that the group is canceled up to 120 days prior to departure date, only a $200 handling fee will be assessed by Reko in order to cover communication and other expenses, and any additional fees that may be imposed by the airlines, cruise lines and hotels.
Cancellations received up to 60 days prior to departure are subject to additional fees that may be imposed by the airlines, cruise lines and hotels.
Furthermore, cancellations received prior to the departure date:
45-25 days 50% of total cost; 24-15 days a) 70% of ticket price, b) 70% of tour price; 14 days or less 100% of total package cost.
