Tetrathlon Running in the Morning

to be held at HELSINGTON, SOUTH KENDAL, CUMBRIA, LA9 5RH.

To be run under Pony Club Rules 2016 –

Mixed ages in each class- rosettes 1st - 6th in age group

Class 1.NoviceJumps approx 75cm

Class 2.Intermediate Jumps approx 85cm

Class 3.OpenJumps approx 1m

Horses and Ponies may only compete in ONE Class on the day

THE COURSE WILL BE OPEN FOR WALKING ON THE DAY BEFORE FROM 6.30pm

Pre-entries received BEFORE 1st May:All PC Members: £20.00 Non-PC members £25.00

Entries on the day: All PC Members £25.00 Non-PC Members £30.00

**Hats to the correct standard – PAS 015:1998 or 2011 with BSI kitemark, or VG1 with BSI Kitemark or ASTM F1163 2004a with the SEI kitemark, or AS/NZS 3838 1998 2003 or 2006, or SNELL E2001 Back protectors are advised. Skull caps ONLY on Cross Country Course **

** MEDICAL ARMBANDS AND BACK PROTECTORS MUST BE WORN BY ALL RIDERS**

**Long sleeves must be worn, no hoodies, no jewellery, hair tied back and secure in a hairnet**

You will not be allowed on the Course unless you comply with the above, so please be prepared correctly

It is most important that any incident involving:

1)Accident, illness or injury to any rider, spectator or any other person present at the event

2)Accident injury to any horse or other animal, whether competing at the event or not

3)Damage to any property or vehicle

is reported to the organisers immediately.

HEALTH & SAFETY

The organiser of this event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present.

For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of all the Officials and Stewards.

The risk assessment for this event can be inspected on request.
