ROLE OUTLINE

OVERVIEW OF Directorate

The Fundraising & Supporter Engagement directorate is responsible for income generation, supporter growth for Breast Cancer Now and a main driver of the Breast Cancer Now’s brand in order that we become the breast cancer charity of choice for all funders, supporters and advocates.

The F&SE directorate has a structure that puts fundraising at its heart. There are four fundraising focused teams that have been created to become centres of excellence in their particular fundraising specialism. Importantly the cross-directorate/organisation support functions are now formally embedded within fundraising departments, each support function reporting into one or other of the new department leads.
