I’m going to make sure your show is a success! I’ll help you create an awesome guest list, I’ll send out the invitations, and I’ll call the guests to confirm and get them excited about your show! All you have to do is put out some chips and dip and let us use your living room! I’ll be responsible for making sure you have a great turn out.

No problem! You can have a show anywhere! I’d be happy to have it at my house. Or we could also have it at a friend’s house, church basement, office building, community center….anywhere! Location is not a problem!
I’m allergic to Mary Kay. / It broke me out.
I’m so sorry to hear that! When was the last time you tried Mary Kay? (If you haven’t tried Mary Kay in the last 5 years, then you haven’t tried Mary Kay! Our products are so new and different than those you tried several years ago!) What happened?
Rash/itching/burning, etc:
Our products are hypoallergenic so it sounds like you may have a sensitivity to an ingredient in one of our products. I’d love to work with you to help you find exactly what you are sensitive to and what products will work for you. We have over 200 products in our line and I know we can find a skin care system that’s right for you.
Blemishes/breakouts:
- What skin care were you using?—(If classic basic 5 step: we have an awesome new skin care system called Timewise that is loaded with age-fighting benefits, quick and easy to use, and works by balancing and normalizing the skin. I’d love to treat you to our new skin care system!)
- How long did you use it?—(If less than a month: Many times when you change skin care your skin will react to the change. It is not an allergy it just means that your skin needs time to adapt. This is true not only with Mary Kay, but with all skin care systems. Plus, our Timewise skin care is so deep cleansing that it pulls impurities to the surface, which can result in some initial breakouts. You need to stick with a skin care system for at least a month to get the full benefits of the products and allow your skin to adjust. Usually you will begin seeing improvement in 2-3 weeks.)
- Did you use it consistently, every day both morning and night?—(In order for your skin to adapt to the new system and to get the benefits of the products, you must use them consistenly. I encourage you to try them again, and stick with it for at least a month. If you don’t love it after a month, you can exchange it and I’ll work with you to find the right skin care for you!
- If used Timewise normal/dry formuala—creamy texture—Did you apply it to dry skin?—(Because this is a creamy cleanser, it needs to be applied to dry skin. Applying to wet skin simply dilutes it and it runs off!)
- Did you use a wash cloth to remove it?—(It is always important to use a wash cloth when removing your cleanser to make sure that no residue is left behind. Sometimes just rinsing or splashing can leave a residue that causes breakouts.)
