As is customary in the apartment and rental business, routine inquiries may be made with respect to such application and leases. In compliance with the fair Credit Reporting Act, we are informing you that an investigator consumer and rental report including information as to your character, general reputation, personal characteristics and mode of living may be made.

I hereby deposit $______as earnest money to ______Apartments to be refunded to me if this application is not accepted within five (5) days. It is understood that the applicants hereby agree to execute within ______days after the date of this application a written lease agreement and to pay the rent in advance. The above amount will be applied as the Security Deposit on the apartment. In consideration for the reservation of said apartment the above amount will be retained if the applicant refuses the property reserved for him after a period of five (5) days from date of application. If the application is not accepted the above amount shall be refunded. Additionally, a one-time, non-refundable application fee will be collected at the time the application is completed. It is further understood that the Owner is relying on the answers placed on this application form to be accurate and these answers are an inducement to the rental of the apartment if any.

DISCLOSURES

APPLICANT CERTIFICATION AND AUTHORIZATION

I/we certify that all information given in this Application is true, complete and accurate. I/we understand that if any of this information is false, misleading or incomplete, the landlord may reject this Application. I/we authorize Overbrook Investments, LLCto make any and all inquiries to verify this information, either directly or through information exchanged now or later with rental and credit screening services, and to contact current and previous landlords or other sources for verification or confirmation of any information provided. I/we further understand that should the landlord be unable to obtain sufficient references as deemed necessary by the landlord, this Application may then be considered unacceptable.
