Summary: / creating a context for effective recruitment; co-ordinating the national movements of ISEWI personnel; maximizing synergy and cost-effectiveness; conducting market research and capturing relevant information that enables the effective use of the database
Objectives: / a fully functional database fit for promotional purposes
a devised and functioning organisation-wide Recruitment Strategy
a cohesive system for maximising the ISEWI presence among the Christian public
using market research to create a basis for a strategy which delivers increased numbers of suitable applicants for service
Role: / carry out market research for the purpose of capturing relevant information for the effective use of the database
update and maintain the database with the relevant marketing information, in liaison with the Management Assistant
devise and implement a clear recruitment strategy (based on findings from market research) of the best approaches for enlisting “prayers” and “goers” from a diverse community
assist and arrange promotional opportunities involvingStaff, Supporters, Partners, On-Trackers in a cohesive programme
oversee the organisation and implementationof annual promotional and recruitment events
oversee and strengthen ourlinks with churches, groups and individual Christians
line managing Mobilisers, managing theteambudget and approving team expenses
monitor risk assessment and manage any risks associated with the Mission Mobilisation area
OTHER
member of the ISEWI Leadership Team including attendance at regular meetings
attending and participating in Christian worship and prayer on a regular basis and may be asked to lead/help lead prayers
accepting any such tasks in line with the above core activities which may from time to time be required to further the work of Interserve
participating in an Performance Appraisal process, agreeing and reviewing objectives in conjunction with a line-manager
