Packaging of food in flexible materials
V.L. Schreder, PJSC Ukrplastik, A.N. Gavva, Dr., NUFT, V.N. Krivoshey, Ph.D., IAC Upakovka, Kyiv
The authors analyzed the main methods of packaging products in flexible packaging materials. They examined in detail the method of using pre-made consumer packaging, as well as pre-prepared flato. The authors have resulted variants of the standard packages constructions and methods of execution of the closures on bags. They also pointed out the materials from which these packages are made, gave a description of all design features.
Security of paperboard production
S.F. Pylypenko, JSC Kiev CPC Obukhiv
In article on an example of manufacturing of a cardboard such as recycled chromo board the common circuit of manufacture is shown, the characteristics of danger of manufacture, emissions in an atmosphere, waste water , sludge and reject are given. Despite of potential ecological dangers in manufacture of a cardboard the existing technologies and equipment at rational and optimum modes of their use both observance of all norms and rules of safety enable to reduce up to a minimum negative influence to ecology and health of the population.
The strength of weld of polymer packs (packaging of fine granular products)
J.P. Sholoviy, Ph.D., N.I. Prokopets, NU Lviv Polytechnic, Lviv
The authors examined the problem of weld of polymer films at packing the fine granular products. These methods have resulted in welding polymer films and gave their response. Shown and analyzed variants of tube structures in order to solve the problem of welding of the films, whose surface is contaminated products.
The authors showed the distribution of stresses in welds, which was used to search for structural tubes. For all options for their designs they have the strength values of welds in the packing powdered sugar, flour and starch. As a result, the authors have chosen the most effective option.

Features of the dynamics and energy costs in the transitional modes packaging equipment lines
A.I. Sokolenko, Dr., I.F. Maksimenko, K.V. Vasilkovsky, Ph.D., M.D. Polataylo, National University of Food Technologies, Kyiv
The authors carried out estimation of energy expenditure in drives of machines in the transitional and stabilized regime of operation. They showed the possibility of recovery of the kinetic energy of moving parts of machines and mechanisms through a combination of these periods of acceleration and deceleration of symmetric links and working bodies.

Moving cardboard packs of screw conveyers is in the packaging machines
A.V. Derenivskaya, Opening international university of development of man «Ukraine», L.A. Krivoplyas-Volodina, Ph.D., A.N. Gavva, Dr., National university of food technologies, Kyiv
For combination of moving operations implementation, orientation and positioning of package in packaging machines apply screw conveyers. For determination rational parameters of such conveyers results of analytical researches are example in this article. It is set that screw conveyers which will realize the motion law of package with a constantly increasing acceleration have a most increase of way.
How much is recycled packaging waste?
V.G. Slabiy, UkrPEK, V.N. Krivoshey, Ph.D., IAC Upakovka, Kyiv
The authors considered the most effective economic tool of waste packaging in which the entities responsible for creating an independent operator of storage facilities. In this case, an important condition is the introduction of separate collection and sorting of packaging waste. The authors show in detail the movement of waste, accounting documents and financial resources, which in this system provide the greatest impact on the recycling of packaging waste at minimal cost.

Waste sorting station
A.I. Volchko, Ph.D., A.N. Gavva, Dr., M.A. Maslo, Ph.D., National University of Food Technologies, Kyiv
The authors looked at various possibilities for the treatment of solid waste, including packaging waste. An important step in this process is their screening. The authors also analyzed the positive and negative ways of sorting. They show schematic diagrams of sorting station, reviewed the equipment on them. The authors have shown that separate collection and sorting of solid waste enable the most efficient to separate the fraction that can be used as a secondary raw material.
