Class 1: Senior Boys (under 25)

Class 2: Senior Girls (under 25)

Class 3: Junior Boys (under 15)

Class 4: Junior Girls (under 15)

Class 5: Minimus Boys (under 12)

Class 6: Minimus Girls (under 12)

Class 7: Tadpole Boys (aged 8& 9)

Class 8: Tadpole Girls (aged 8 & 9)

Class 9: Beanies (Boys and Girls under 8)

Rosettes to 6th place in all individual classes.

Prizes will be awarded for best shoot, swim and run in each class.

Teams to comprise 3 or 4 competitors from the same class, except classes 57, which will be combined, and classes 6 & 8 which will be combined. There will be teams in Class 9 if sufficient entries. Competitors not already in teams will be grouped into ad hoc teams.Team rosettes to 4th place.

Please submit approximate swimming scores for all competitors.

Competitors in Class 9 will run, swim and beanbag throw. If numbers permit they will be divided into separate classes for boys and girls.

Entry fee: ₤16.00per competitor

No team fees.

Entries close: Wednesday 14h February 2018.Entries will be limited and will be accepted in order of arrival. Late entries will only be accepted if space is available.

NO DOGS ALLOWED

Refreshments will be available.

TIMES WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU, IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR TIMES BY FRIDAY 23rd FEBRUARY, PLEASE TELEPHONE THE SECRETARY. TIMES WILL BE POSTED ON THE WEBSITE BY WEDNESDAY 21st FEBRUARY.

EVERYONE MUST BRING CLEAN SHOES TO WEAR INDOORS. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE WITH OUTDOOR FOOTWEAR. DOORS WILL BE MARSHALLED.

CONDITIONS

1. THE CURRENT PONY CLUB TETRATHLON RULES to apply. Age as at 1st January 2018(except in the case of 8 year olds who may shoot, provided they are 8 on the day of the competition).

2. The Judge’s decision is final.

3. STRICTLY NO DOGS ALLOWED.

4. NO OUTDOOR FOOTWEAR WILL BE ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE BUILDINGS.

5. Legal liability. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers nor any persons acting on their behalf accept liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to any competitors, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.

6. The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.

7.Entry to the competition is dependent upon and deemed as acceptance of these rules.
