Mr A Watson, on behalf of the ODD Campaign gave a presentation and provided a handout to Committee in relation to item 93. Site Allocations Plan. He invited all Councillors to a public meeting to be held on the evening of 2ndNovember 2015 at Otley Methodist Church.

The Executive Officer’s report is attached.

The Community Development Officer advised that the deadline for comments on the Site Allocations Plan was the 16th November 2015. It was agreed that the Plan needed to be discussed at a specially called meeting so that all Councillors could have input.
