- I. Call to Order and Roll Call / Establishment of Quorum

This meeting was called to order at 12.04pm

II.Approval of Agenda and Minutes
2.1 Approval of Agenda for January 8th 2013
was approved by general consent.
2.2 Approval of Minutes for November 20th, 2012
was approved by general consent.
- Open Forum and Public Announcement (3 minutes limit per announcement).

- ASFC Report (5 minutes)
-ASFC Dance Event was held Dec.14th and it went successfully.
-Eco Pass is a big project and we will have special election this quarter for Eco Pass- bus is going to cost 8$/year.
-Zimride contract renewed – it is carpooling system.
- OBD Report (5 minutes)
-Contact Sheet- please update the contact sheet.
-Please show your club on the Foothill club website and email Andrey Club information + Logo (“Andrey Elenskiy” )
-Submit the constitution.
-OBD project: Old Club, Folders finished
-New OBD Rep. needs to read the prior minutes.
-Recommitment form- fill it out/advisor needs to sign it and drop it off at any time to the red box, advisor or OBD board.
-CLUB DAY: 3rd Wednesday- 23rd of January (location is depends on the weather- most likely inside)
-All the clubs need to resubmit Room Request Forms
-On January 22nd OBD meeting will have special speaker.
-There are lists of old clubs with opened account- please go through the lists before making new club.
