Order and shipping
- Q: How to place the order on our official website
A: Please visit follow instructions in the document“Ordering and payment process.pdf”. After you have filled your details and shipping address, the system will calculate the amount for your order and that for shipping.
- Q：When will the product be shipped ?
A: We will arrange the shipment within 5 days after fully paid except for pre-sale products, and will send you email with the tracking number after shipping out.
- Q: Why hasn’t my order been confirmed even after payment?
A: Order with payment viabtc will expireif not paid within 3 hours, but we will change it to normal status after we get the payment.
Order with payment via USD wire will take about 3-5 working day before we can confirm it.You can provide us with transfer proof to double check.
- Q:What shipping options do you offer and what is the shipping cost?
A:Generally, UPS/DHL/Fedex are used. When placing the order, the available courier for your country as well as shipping cost will be provided automatically. Shipping cost varies by weight, distance and courier.
- Q: How many days it will take delivering to my country?
A:Generally, the miner will be shipped out within 5days after full payment and 3-5 days for the shipping process if no customs issues occur. Please refer to our website for details and special instructions.
- Q: Can we ask our forwarder to pick up the miner within mainland China？
A:Yes. Please refer to our Chinese websiteand be sure to contact our domestic sales.
When placing the order, all the info will be provided automatically after the order is generated. Kind reminder, the price and warranty periodare based on the Chinese website.
- Q:Where will the miners be shipped out? Or where are you located?
A: Miners will be shipped out from China./ We're based in China.
Customs issue
- Q: Can you put a lower value on the invoice so I can pay less tax?
OrCan you put it as "gift" on the invoice when shipping?
A: Sorry, true value will be declared as requested by customs. They are strict with it and must confiscate miner. Neither you nor we can claim the miner. Please consult your local customsfor the tax policy and confirm whether they have restrictions about the miners.
