What to bring?
  1. Endless amounts of good mood and motivation to work
  2. A towel and your toiletries (toothbrush, shampoo and those kinds of things);
  3. Flip flops can be useful, as you will be sharing showers with other people;
  4. Slippers or “hoseshoues” (indoor shoes) to use inside the house;
  5. Any dictionaries you might require;
  6. Some cool pieces of music and games. Or whatever you want to share
  7. Earplugs? Remember you will be sharing a room with more people;
  8. We will organise an evening where everybody gets to know each other in a different and creative way. For that we would like you to bring an object that represents your daily life and that has a history you would like to share with the group;
  9. Take your swimming suite with you. We hope the weather will be fine and we will spend a lot of time outside, so do not forget about sun bath oil and sunglasses;
  10. If you hold EURO<26, EURO<26 Student or ISIC card bring it with you. It will allow you to use half-rate ticket in public transport.
Other important things
Keep all the original boarding passes, receipts and/or other tickets with you. In case of missing documents we cannot provide a reimbursement!
We cannot provide reimbursements in cash on the spot. All reimbursements will be made by bank transfer after we have received your original tickets per post.
If you didn’t pay your participation fee yet, bring it in cach and pay it on the spot. If you have high travel costs (over 150EUR) we can instead deduct it from your travel costs, if you prefer. / The venue (you should find the maps at the next page)
Day 1 – 24th May – Cracow – TeatrNowy (The New Theatre)Gazowa 21; 31-060 Kraków (Cracow)
Please arrive by 3.00pm. Rented bus will take us to Janowice, so it is important to be there on time.
Day 1-4 – Janowice – Janowice Palace
We will spend first few days here. The palace is located in south Poland, 90km from Kraków. It is a beautiful place with a lot of green around.The whole venue remains for our disposal. No other groups will reside there at the same time.

Day 4-7, 28th– 31stMay–Cracow – Zaczek Hotel
After 4 days we will go back to Cracowand stay at Hotel Żaczek, located only 10 minutes from the main square.

We will build on the group process and individual development.
This means we live, work, cook and sleep in the same house.
Public transport in Cracow
You can buy the ticket at ticket dispenders (machines) located on bus/tram stops or inside most of the buses/trams – here the only acceptable payment is cash (no bank-notes, coins only).
The single ticket (normal) will cost you 3,80PLN (less than 1 EUR). Half-rate tickets are valid only with Euro26, Euro<26 Student or ISIC card. If you are more than 26 years old, you have to buy normal ticket.
We cannot consider day-tickets for reimbursement purposes. Only a single trip.
Do not take a taxi before contacting us. We are not allowed to reimburse taxi costs as part of your travel costs. Even in the night there are night buses in Cracov.

How to get to TeatrNowy (The New Theatre) in Cracov?

From Balice Airport:(Attention: You must buy Zone I+II Agglomeration ticket! It costs 4PLN).
  1. Take the Bus 292 and reach the station PlacInwalidow (24th stop)Now go across the street and take tram 13 (direction: NowyBiezanow). Reach the PlacWolnica(8thstop) and use the map on the right to get to TeatrNowy.
  2. Take the Bus 208 and reach the BalickaWiadukt(14thstop). From there you take Tram 8 or 13 and you get out on the same stop as above – PlacWolnica (15th stop)
From Main Station:
  1. Take the Tram 10 (direction: BorekFałęcki) and reach PlacWolnica (5th stop). You have 250m walk from there to TeatrNowy. See the map on the right. (Recommended)
  2. Take the Tram 24 (direction: Kurdwanow) or Tram 19 (direction: Łagiewniki) and get out Św.Wawrzyńca stop (4th stop). You have 850m walk to get to TeatrNowy.
