1.About this Section

(a)This is Section 2 of the standard pricing table for the Optus MobileSat® Service.

(b)This section contains the pricing plans that we currently offer to new customers and pricing plans that are no longer offered to new customers but which may be offered as a special. We may agree to offer these pricing plans to other classes of customers at our absolute discretion and in this case, any reference to consumer terms is replaced by a reference to the SMB termsand general termsas applicable.

(c)You may also need to refer to the following:

(i)Section 1 of this standard pricing table for general information on the calculation of charges for use of the service and other call charges not covered by your pricing plan,

(ii)The Value Added Service Features Appendix Y for the description and charges the range of value added service features available with the service.

(d)The meaning of the words printed like this is explained either in the service descriptionor in the consumer termsor SMB termsas applicable to you.

Part 1 - Current Offer Pricing Plans
2.Aero Plan
2.1.Minimum Term

(a)The standard Aero Plan has no minimum term, you may connect on a month to month basis on a non-fixed length agreement.

(b)We may offer a special from time to time under which you may connect to the Aero Plan for a minimum term of 18 months or otherwise as agreed.

2.2.Cancellation Fee

(a)If the serviceis cancelled before the expiry of the minimum term, you will be required to pay us:

(i)any usage charges incurred up to, and including, the cancellation date; plus

(ii)a cancellation fee calculated as the monthly service charge multiplied by the number of months remaining of the minimum term (unless under clause 2A of the consumer terms or SMB terms (as applicable), you are entitled to cancel the service without incurring a cancellation fee);

(iii)the sum of unpaid equipment charges owing on your MobileSat phoneunder the mobile equipment payment plan (if any).

3.National Plan
3.1.Minimum Term

3.2.Cancellation Fee

(a)Temporary Suspension of the service is permitted if you are connected to this pricing plan.

(i)any usage charges incurred up to, and including, the cancellation date; plus

(ii)a cancellation fee calculated as the monthly service charge multiplied by the number of months remaining of the minimum term (unless under clause 2A of the consumer terms or SMB terms, you are entitled to cancel the service without incurring a cancellation fee);

(iii)the sum of unpaid equipment charges owing on your MobileSat phoneunder the mobile equipment payment plan (if any).

4.3.Temporary Suspension of Service

(a)Temporary Suspension is not permitted if you are connected to this pricing plan.

5.Work Plan
5.1.Minimum Term

(a)You may connect to the Work Plan on a month to month basis on a non-fixed length agreement.

(b)From time to time we may offer a special which requires connection for a minimum term.

(c)If the serviceis cancelled before the expiry of an agreed minimum term, you will be required to pay us:

(i)any usage charges incurred up to, and including, the cancellation date; plus

(ii)a cancellation fee calculated as the monthly service charge multiplied by the number of months remaining of the minimum term (unless under clause 2A of the consumer terms or SMB terms, you are entitled to cancel the service without incurring a cancellation fee);

(iii)the sum of unpaid equipment charges owing on your MobileSat phoneunder the mobile equipment payment plan (if any).

5.2.Temporary Suspension of the Service

7.Budget Plan

(i)any usage charges incurred up to, and including, the cancellation date; plus

(ii)a cancellation fee calculated as the monthly service charge multiplied by the number of months remaining of the minimum term (unless under clause 2A of the consumer terms or SMB terms(as applicable) you are entitled to cancel the service without incurring a cancellation fee);

(iii)the sum of unpaid equipment charges owing on your MobileSat phoneunder the mobile equipment payment plan (if any).

7.3.Temporary Suspension of Service

(i)any usage charges incurred up to, and including, the cancellation date; plus

(ii)a cancellation fee calculated as the monthly service charge multiplied by the number of months remaining of the minimum term (unless under clause 2A of the consumer terms or SMB terms(as applicable) you are entitled to cancel the service without incurring a cancellation fee);

(b)We may offer the MultiPlan to new customers as a special from time to time.

(c)The MultiPlan is designed for customers using the service for voice, fax and data calls.

(a)You may connect to the MultiPlan on a month to month basis under a non-fixed length agreement.

(b)We may offer the FixedSite Plan to new customers as a special from time to time.

(c)The FixedSite Plan is designed for customers who require the service from a fixed location. You can use the service to make voice, fax and data calls.

(d)You must comply with the following special equipment specifications to connect to this pricing plan:

(i)RFS Slimline antenna, Class 2 Dome Antenna or equivalent ACA approved product;

(ii)Special low loss cabling; and

(iii)Lower power output on the handset/transceiver.

(e)We will give you full details of the above requirements on connection to this pricing plan.

(b)We may offer a special from time to time under which you may connect to the Business Plan for a minimum term of 18 months or otherwise as agreed.

5.Homestead Plan

(b)We may offer the Homestead Plan to new customers as a special from time to time.

(c)You must comply with the following special equipment specifications to connect to this pricing plan:

(i)RFS Slimline antenna, Class 2 Dome antenna or equivalent AUSTEL approved product; and

(ii)Lower power output on the handset/transceiver (Class 2 - AS4080).

(d)We will give you full details of the above requirements on connection to this pricing plan.

5.2.Minimum Term

(a)The standard Homestead Plan has no minimum term and is a non-fixed length agreement.

(b)From time to time we may offer a special which requires connection for a minimum term of 18 months or other period as agreed.

(c)If the serviceis cancelled before the expiry of an agreed minimum term, you will be required to pay us:

(i)any usage charges incurred up to, and including, the cancellation date; plus
