Board the KC Trolley at the Marriott hotel and spend 2 hours on a docent conducted tour of one of the nation’s top rated art galleries. Tour the newly opened Block Impressionist Gallery as well as world renowned art from the ages. Board transportation to the National WWI Museum for a 2 hr docent led tour of the only national museum dedicated to WWI. On the beautiful grounds of the Liberty Memorial, dedicated in 1921, the modern museum was opened in 2004. For more info go to: is a must see for history buffs.

Board limo transportation and spend the evening enjoying a pre-performance dinner and theater attendance.
Enjoy a catered dinner by Homesteader Café, a highly rated farm to table restaurant. Information and tour will be provided by the theater staff and then settle into the newly renovatedKansas City Repertory Theater for the performance of the premier of “Between the Lines”, a new musical based on a book by Jodi Picoult. Group will return to the Marriott after the performance. All inclusive cost of outing: $125

Friday, September 8, 2017: KANSAS CITY GANGSTER TOUR DEPARTS THE MARRIOTT AT 5:30 P.M.
Take a 90 minute interactive tour of KC’s old mob past. This tour is led by actors and will share KC’s infamous crime past like the Union Station Massacre, discover the locations of speakeasies and gambling halls and learn how liqueur flowed freely during prohibition. Learn the history of Kansas City at the same time. The tour ends at Garozzo’s downtown restaurant in the old Italian neighborhood. Garozzo’s earned the Best Italian Restaurant award from KC Magazine for 5 years. Tour will return you to the Marriott after dinner. Tour is limited to 53 guests.
