Flag Football 2014 Team Sponsorship Form
Miami Lakes Optimist’s Flag Football program is about to embark on another successful season. We have over 16 teams of children who are ready to play some football! These children are aged five to fifteen years old. Support in the past for our various programs has been one of the main keys to our success. We hope you will also work to help the youth of our community through team sponsorship.
There cost of sponsoring a team is a modest $300. Team sponsorship includes the placing of the name of your company on the uniforms of all team players and the issuance of a plaque at the season's closing award ceremonies. Additional opportunities will be provided for sponsors to distribute advertisements at our weekly games at Royal Oaks Park. Finally, we will run an ad inThe Miami Lakerthanking all of our sponsors.The Miami Lakeris delivered to every residence and business in the Miami Lakes area. Team sponsors have no further responsibility as all supervision, equipment, insurance and fees are handled by the Miami Lakes Optimist Club.
The Miami Lakes Optimist Club provides a service to over 2,000 girls and boys each year. Programs include Flag Football, Baseball, Girls Softball, Boys and Girls Basketball, and Scholarship awards.
Community participation, whether assisting as coaches or volunteers, or economically by sponsoring teams or making a donation, is vital to the continued success of all of our programs. It is gratifying that you care enough about our local youth to help.
