- Perform 4 1/2" liner cement job
* pump 2m3 diesel+7 m3 spacer+ 10, 94 m3 cmt slurry
* displace with 1,6 m3 of water+ 11,9 m3 of mud (using cmt unit) --got first bump @ 1200 psi.
* got final bump and test liner column @ 3500 psi for 10 min -ok-
* bleed off,no return.
* got 100% return while cementing & displacement.
- set packer
- Pick up 12m to circulate excess cement (2 649,0-2 649,0).
- direct circulation
* Q= 460 lpm,spp =1200 psi
* dumped 02m3 gasoil + 07m3 spacer + 4m3 cement + 03m3 contaminated mud with cement.
- try to pooh w/setting tool, we got stuck@2637m
* try to rotate negative
* work string up & down severel times, got 0.4m success (max over pull= 75ton).
- work string up & down severel times -no success- (max-over pull=75 ton)
* q= 700 lpm,spp 2400-3000psi
* perform reverse circulation with different flow rates ( 170-415 l/min) , p=(300-
2250) return 100%
* reverse circulation with q= 500 l/min pressure up to 3200psi we can't circulate

* circulate with q= 400 lpm, pressure increase f/2400psi t/3100 psi, reduce flow
rate to q= 150 lpm, p=2900psi
* get contaminated mud with cement (dumped=3m3).
- Pump 03m3 (heavy mud & hi-vis) pill & circulate
* Q= 400 lpm, P=2900psi.
- Pump acid plug n°2 with over pull 70t -no success-
* Pump 1 m3 of spacer

* displace every 15 min with 0.5 m3 of mud

* Q= 450 lpm, P=2450psi.

* try to rotate several times, observed high torque.
* q= 500 lpm,spp 2400-2800psi.
- Work on stuck pipe up/down (max-over pull= 60 ton) & try to rotate -no success.

* observed hard cement cutting (size: 2-5 mm) at shale shakers.
- Continue work on stuck pipe up/down & try to rotate –nosuccess –

* q= 420 lpm, p=2500psi
* Hard cement cutting at shale shakers.
- work on stuck pipe up & down (max-over pull= 60 ton) -no success-
* try to rotate several times - negative.

- work on stuck pipe up/down (max-over pull= 60 ton) & try torotate -no success –
- Perform mechanical back off.
