Customer Service

We endeavour to provide exceptional customer service, quality merchandise and ensure all items are in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the circumstance that stock becomes unavailable unexpectedly and we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund,

Refunds, Exchanges and Returns

Merchandise may be returned for refund on the following conditions;

-  Clothing & Hats remain unopened and not worn

-  All accessories and other items remain unused and in original packaging

-  Where any items is faulty or incorrect size (preferred size unavailable)

-  Refunds for items that have been purchased on agreed ‘SALE or RETURN’ (Pre- arranged)

Items that meet the Refunds and Exchanges conditions will be replaced within 21 DAYS of your order placement. If an identical product cannot be provided, you will have the option to choose another item of equal or lesser value, or be provided with a full refund for the total value of the faulty product. Please ensure a return is pre organised by contact via the email below.

Payment

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is processed for shipping. Should you experience any issues in processing your order, please contact the office for assistance. Payment is accepted via the following methods;

-  Paypal ( Log In for Debit & Credit card payments)

-  Credit Card

-  Invoice (ABN ONLY – Please contact the Daniel Morcombe Foundation directly)

Shipping

Postage is included in the item cost for all orders completed through the online shop and is delivered by Australia Post. Delivery is estimated between 3-10 business days but may take longer outside metropolitan areas. Please visit www.auspost.com.au for specific estimated delivery times to your area.

Bulk order purchases or international orders should enquire directly by email. Please note that bulk item or international orders may incur additional postage fees.

IMPORTANT: Please note that during the Sept-Nov period the Daniel Morcombe Foundation generally experiences longer processing time due to an increase in activity surrounding our annual Day for Daniel. As the Daniel Morcombe Foundation is largely driven by volunteer assistance during this time, processing turnaround of online shop orders may extend to an additional 2-3 days prior to postage. Should you have not received your order within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us.
