The online Food Safety Manager Certification course meets the requirements of the Minnesota food manager rule. This self-paced interactive format leads the student through the steps required to successfully complete the food safety certification exam. Online participants will learn about food borne illnesses, food contamination, employee hygiene, food storage, safe food handling practices, and the HAACP system of food safety. Satisfactory completion of this course and examination meets the requirement for the Department of Health food manager certification.
