2. PUBLIC TO BE HEARD

The Board of Education has established a period of fifteen (15) minutes, with individual time limits of two (2) minutes per person during each meeting to enable the public to address the Board relative to action items on the agenda. Individuals who have complied with the guidelines provided in Board Policy BDDH will be called to the lectern and must give their full name and address.

Persons who address the Board shall not make personal, impertinent, slanderous or profane remarks to any member of the Board about the Board, administrative staff, certified teachers, support staff, or the general public. Board members may ask questions for clarification; however, Board members and/or administrative staff shall not respond to questions from the public at this time.

Matters not on the agenda are not proper subjects for discussion during the meeting. Members of the public shall not be recognized or allowed to be heard or participate at any other time while the Board is conducting official business. (Note: The Board of Education, in its sole discretion, may dispense with this segment of the meeting when it deems necessary or appropriate and proceed directly to the official business of the Board without public participation.) Schools to APPROVE the Athletic Cooperative Agreement with St. Joseph School as presented.

7. APPROVAL FOR ACADEMIC CREDIT FOR ICTC ALGEBRA II, GEOMETRY, ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY COURSES

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Education of Muskogee School District I-20 upon recommendation of the Superintendent of

Schools to APPROVE Academic Credit for the Math Courses Algebra II and Geometry and the Science Courses Anatomy and Physiology offered through Indian Capital Technology Center.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Education of Muskogee School District I-20 upon recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools to APPROVE the Negotiated Agreement with Muskogee Educators Association for the FY 2015-2016.

B.  MUSKOGEE EDUCATION SUPPORT PERSONNEL ASSOCIATION NEGOTIATED AGREEMENT
