One Stop Detail provides car detailing, utilizing the best supplies on today’s market, such as Auto Magic.
The Company provides the following services: full recon, interior and exterior detailing, gold, silver and bronze wash, wheel refinishing, head light restoration, scratch removal, and some extra services as required.

Our goal is to expand our business in the near future by being a low-cost leader, and differentiated. One Stop Detail offers services in the most professional manner. All of our services are custom tailored to your specific needs and will give results beyond expectation, and all with a reasonable price. Our clients can be assured that their vehicle will be given the absolute best treatment with any package chosen. We treat all cars like our own, and their final appearance is a direct reflection of our company.

Our financial plan has been analyzed with positive results. Profit margins will continue to outweigh expenses over the next three years. Our projection is that on the third year, even though we will have more expense because of the new location, we will have the revenue to cover those expenses and continue being profitable.

VI. Business Environment:

One Stop Detail is primarily located in Wellesley, MA. Although we are not focusing on any specific buyer group or region, this area offers benefits, such as households that have good financial standingas well as new cars, either owned or leased, and most of the times those who drive new cars also like to keep them clean and looking new.In Wellesley, MA, there are only four places that offer auto detailing services, and by offering mobile detailing as well, it puts our company at an advantage.

Product suppliers are located around the Wellesley area and they deliver either FedEx or by personal courier; therefore, we do not need to worry about going out to purchase supplies.

All companies in Massachusetts must have worker’s compensation insurance, and companies with more than 10 employees on payroll must offer health insurance to their employees. As a start-up company, we will have the worker’s compensation insurance; however, we will have around 6 employees in total. We will not need to offer health insurance, which provides significant cost reduction.

VII. Marketing Plan:

The company offers inexpensive options for auto detailing. The products and services cater to the everyday consumer. We offer quality service for fractions of the cost of big name auto detailing companies. Our target market is not limited to any specific location or type of customer. Small advertising includes local newspapers/magazines as well as 30-second radio spots. With newspaper and magazine advertisements, we offer coupons and discounts on services for customers that present the discount at the time of service.Locations of facilities are centrally located around highly populated cities/towns resulting in better opportunity for walk-in customers. One feature that puts us on the competitive edge is that although we have a physical location, we also offer mobile detailing; having the convenience of us coming to the customer (only offered for select services).
