ONE CRIMINAL wanted in a MURDER CASE OF PS-burari, new delhi, Apprehended.

Major Highlights:

  • One murderer arrested.
  • Arrestee is wanted in a murder case registered at PS-Burari, New Delhi.

With the arrest of accused namely Mahender Singh Rathor S/O Sh. Babu Lal Rathor (32 yrs.) team of Police Station Pul Prahlad Pur has solved a murder case. Murder took place on 26.7.2012 in the area of Police Station Bhalaswa dairy, and dead body was disposed off in the area of police station Burari, New Delhi.

INCIDENt, Team and Operation

On 30.7.2012, secret information was received to SI Kishore Kumar in Police Station Pul Prahlad Pur that one person who was involved & wanted in a murder case of Police Station Burari, New Delhi, stood at Surajkund red light, Pul Prahadpur, New Delhi. The information was shared with the SHO/ Pul Prahladad Pur. SHO/Pul Prahladpur immediately communicated the information to Sh. Dharambir Joshi, ACP/Ambadkar Nagar and constituted a raiding party comprising SI Kishore Kumar, HC Sharwan and Ct. Parveen. Raiding party apprehended a person at the instance of informer.

INVESTIGATION

During sustained interrogation accused Mahender Singh S/O Sh. Babu Lal R/O H No. 195 K H Guru Nanak Dev Colony, Near Katiya Baba Aashram, Bhalaswa Diary, New Delhi (32 yrs.) disclosed that one Sant namely Laxmi Narayan S/O Sh. Bhogi Ram R/O Vill.- Chharaita, Police Station- Gohat, Distt. Bhind (M.P) had used to made call to his wife namely Uma Devi through mobile phone and used vulgar words. He had also threatened her that if she do not make friendship with him then he demolish/ruined her husband through hypnotized. His wife narrated all the facts to him. He told his wife to call the Sant at Delhi. His wife called to Baba to his house. On 26.7.12 Baba came at his house. In the night after meal they all were slept in his room. After sleeping all of the member he woke up and strangulated the neck of Baba with the help of a plastic rope. He put dead boy in his TSR and threw in the jungle near Kaushik Enclave. The disclosure of the accuse was got verified from PS Burari, New Delhi after on confirmation accused person Mahender above was arrested under Section 41.1(a) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1906. Officials of PS Burari, New Delhi have been informed about the arrest of accused.

TWO LADY THIEVES ARRSTED

With the arrest of one Afsana, aged about 20 years and (2) Rukshana, aged about 23 years Central District police has worked out a theft case, which took place in the area of P.S. Karol Bagh, Delhi.

INCIDENT

On 30-7-2012, at about 4:30 p.m., one Mrs. Shashi w/o Sh. Shravan Kumar r/o 16/45, Tank Road, Karol Bagh, Delhi along with her sister namely Tulsa was going to Ajmal Khan Road, Karol Bagh for purchasing. When the complainant was busy in purchasing, she noticed that someone was trying to steal her bag containing purse, one mobile phone make Tata Indicom and cash Rs. 200/-. Mrs. Shashi immediately checked her bag and found that the articles mentioned above contained in the bag were missing. Immediately, Mrs. Shashi raised an alarm. On this, two ladies wearing Burqas tried to flee from the spot. W/Ct. Suner and Ct. Ranjan Kumar of P.S. Karol Bagh were on patrolling duty near the spot who rushed and chased the duo. After a short chase, the accused ladies were apprehended by the police team. One TATA Indicom mobile and cash Rs. 200/- were recovered from their possession. A case vide FIR No. 145 u/s 379/411/34 IPC was registered at P.S. Karol Bagh, Delhi.

INTERROGATION

On sustained interrogation, the accused ladies revealed their identities as Afsana and Rukshana.

Accused ladies further disclosed that they worked as labourers but the earnings were very meager and insufficient to meet their day-today expenses. In order to earn quick money, they started committing crimes.

Further investigation / interrogation is in progress.

THREE THIEVS ARRESTED: 100 JEANS PANT & ABOUT 400 SEMI PREPARED JEANS PANTS WORTH LAKHS OF RUPEES RECOVERED

With the arrest of one Vipin @ Luv Deepak, aged about 24 years s/o Late Om Parkash r/o E/1272, Bapa Nagar, Padam Singh Road, Karol Bagh, Delhi, (2) Vikas Kumar @ Vicky, aged about 30 years s/o Dal Chand r/o 16/637-E, Tank Road, Karol Bagh, Delhi and (3) Deepak, aged about 24 years s/o Late Phool Singh r/o 4/90, Gali No 63, Regarpura, Karol Bagh, Delhi, Central District police has solved a case of theft and recovered about 100 ready to wear jeans pants and about 400 semi prepared jeans pants worth lacs of repees.

INCIDENT AND TEAM

On 30.05.2012, one Udai Yadav s/o Shri Ram Preet Yadav r/o H. No. 6296/6, Gali No4, 4th floor, Dev Nagar, Karol Bagh, Delhi, reported to the Police Station Parsad Nagar that he has a jeans factory at E-16/1193, Khalsa Nagar, Karol Bagh, Delhi. He further reported that he went to his house on 30.05.12 at about 8.30 PM after locking his factory. On 31.5.12 at about 11.00 AM, when he opened his factory, he found that his factory has been ransacked and about 18 jeans roll (Raymonds, Mafat Lal, Surya Laxmi, Century and Malwa Brand) and some semi cut pieces of clothes were stolen. On his statement, a case vide FIR No. 109/2012 u/s 380 IPC was registered at PS Prasad Nagar and investigation was taken up.

In order to apprehend the culprit, a team comprising of Inspr. Narender Tyagi, SHO/Prasad Nagar, SI Abhishek Kumar, HC Girdhari Lal and HC Raghuraj was formed under the close supervision of Ms. Vijayanta Arya, ACP/Karol Bagh /Central District, Delhi.

INVESTIGATION

In the initial stage of investigation, there was no clue about the suspects. The police team deployed various sources and collected intelligence on local criminals. The known criminals and ruffians of the area were interrogated. During the extensive exercise conducted, it was revealed that Vipin @ Luv Deepak s/o Late Om Parkash r/o E/1272, Bapa Nagar, Padam Singh Road, Karol Bagh, and Deepak s/o Late Phool Singh r/o 4/90, Gali No. 63, Regarpura, Karol Bagh, Delhi could be involved in this case.

On 29-7-2012, on the basis of secret information, accused Vipin @ Luv and Deepak were apprehended by the police team. Initially, they did not confess their involvement in the commission of crime but during sustained interrogation, they finally broke down and confessed their involvement in the commission of breaking of shop of PS Prasad Nagar, which had taken place on 30-5-2012. At their instance, stolen clothwas recovered from their accomplice namely Vikas Kumar @ Vicky s/o Dal Chand r/o 16/637-E, Tank Road, Karol Bagh.

Further investigation/interrogation is in progress. Raids are being conducted to apprehend other accomplices also.

  2. Vikas Kumar @ Vicky s/o Sh. Dal Chand r/o 16/637-E, Tank Road, Karol Bagh, Delhi is about 30 years old. He has studied upto 10th class. He has a jeans factory at Tank Road.
  3. Deepak s/o Late Sh. Phool Singh r/o 4/90, Gali No 63, Regarpura, Karol Bagh, Delhi is about 24 years old. He lives with his uncle. He works in a mobile shop.

SNATCHERS HELD

On 30/7/12 one Smt. Sudha Sharma W/o Pramod Kumar R/o B- 1400, Shastri Nagar Delhi, aged about 30 years came to Tota Ram Bazar Tri Nagar, Delhi for shopping . At about 5.30 PM while shopping in the market. two young men snatched her chain and ran away. Smt. Sudha raised alarm and on hearing her cry some public person also raised alarm and some of them started chasing the snatcher. In the mean time Ct. Jagjeet Singh No. 913/NW who was patrolling in the area, heard the noise and started chasing the accused; after a chase of about half K.M he along with the public managed to over power the accused who was later on identified as Rahul S/o Rajender R/o F 342, Patthar Wala Bagh JJ Colony Wazirpur Delhi. The other accused with the snatched chain managed to escape. A case vide FIR No. 209/12 U/S 356/379 IPC PS Kehsav Puram Delhi was registered. A police team was constituted to apprehend the remaining co-accused and recovery of the case property. The team worked hard, developed secret information, and apprehended co-accused Amitabh S/o Rai Singh R/o N-17A/34 Patthar Wala Bagh, JJ colony Wazirpur, Delhi on 31/7/12. The snatched gold chain was also recovered from him.

TWO JUVENILES (ROBBERS) APPREHENDED

QRT Staff of P.S. Rani Bagh has apprehended two Juveniles who were committing day light robbery on Outer Ring Road.

INCIDENT, TEAM & ARREST

On 30.07.12 H.C. Narain Singh No. 537/NW and Ct. Monu No. 2523/NW were patrolling in the area in the QRT Van(Quick Reaction Team Van). During patrolling, they reached Depali Chowk where they saw that one person namely Deepak Kumar s/o Sh. Laxmi Narain r/o K-976, Jahangir Puri, Delhi was raising alarm and chasing two persons. On seeing this, both the HC Narain Singh and Ct. Monu also started chasing those two persons. After chasing them for about 200 meters, both the police officials were able to apprehend the two persons being chased. From enquiry with Sh. Deepak Kumar it was revealed that he works as a tailor in Jahangir Puri and he was coming from Budh Vihar after showing samples of clothes to a customer. He had got down from a bus at Deepali Chowk on Outer Ring Road to take another bus to go to Jahangir Puri. While he was walking to Bus stand to take another bus, he was waylaid by these two persons on the point on his neck and the other caught hold of his hands. Both of them threatened him and asked him to handover whatever valuable he was having. Then they robbed the victim of his wallet and a mobile phone. On frisking the apprehended persons, a mobile phone and a purse containing Rs. 250/- cash and some papers were recovered from the possession Sanjeev (name changed) and a button actuated twin blade knife was also recovered from the possession of Vishal (name changed). On the statement of the complainant a case vide FIR No. 245/12 u/s 392/394/411/34 IPC is registered at PS Rani Bagh. Investigation of the case is under progress.

RECOVERY:

  1. One button actuated twin blade knife.
  2. One Robbed mobile phone.
  3. A purse containing Rs. 250/- cash and some documents.

Gangster and wanted accused of sensational murder case arrested

South-East Distt Police has apprehended one Pratap Singh S/o Shyraj Singh R/o Village Dabra Post Mohaicha PS Dadri Distt Gautam Budh Nagar U.P. who is a Gangster of U.P. and wanted in a sensational murder case of PS Kasna Greater Noida and recovered one Katta and two live cartridges. He was arrested previously in Gangster and Goonda Act in Uttar Pradesh.

Details of case:

On 29/07/12, an information was received in Police Post Okhla that one desperate criminal of Uttar Pradesh will come from Kalkaji Temple side and will go towards Badarpur via Govind Puri Metro Station. The information was verified and a police team consisting SI Sanjay Bhatt I/C P.P., HC Neeraj No 218/SE, Ct Neeraj No 2394/SE, was constituted under the supervision of Insp Pradeep Kumar SHO/ Okhla Indl. Area. The police team laid a trap at the traffic light of Govind Puri Metro Station. Around 9.45 PM, the team apprehended the criminal namely Pratap Singh S/o Shyraj Singh R/o Village Dabra Post Mohaicha PS Dadri Distt Gautam Budh Nagar U.P. From his possession, one Katta and two live cartridges were recovered. A case vide FIR No. 222/12 dt 29/07/12 U/s 25 Arms Act P.S. OIA was registered.

Investigation:

During investigation, it was revealed that accused Pratap Singh S/o Shyoraj Singh is wanted in a murder case registered at PS Kasna Distt Gautam Budh Nagar U.P. vide FIR No 617/12 U/s 307/302/120B IPC in which one Pankaj S/o Shishu Pal R/o Village Chachula PS Dankaur Distt Gautam Budh Nagar UP was killed by gun shot. Accused Pratap Singh was earlier booked under Gangster Act and Goonda Act in PS Dadri Distt Gautam Budh Nagar U.P. He is also involved in a murder case vide Case FIR No 850/07 u/s 147/148/149/452/307/302/34 IPC PS Dadri Distt Gautam Budh Nagar U.P.

Traffic Advisory - Raksha Bandhan on Thursday 2nd August 2012

The festival “Raksha Bandhan” will be celebrated on Thursday 2nd August, 2012. Delhi Traffic Police has made elaborate traffic arrangements to ensure smooth flow of traffic and minimize the inconvenience to the general public. There will be traffic congestion on roads and both public and private transport will be affected.

Due to the festival, traffic congestion is expected in the areas of Delhi and New Delhi. The roads affected would be Wazirabad Road, Road No. 66, Road No. 56(ISBT Anand Vihar), GT Road Shahdara, Mathura Road (Near Badarpur), M.B. Road, NH-8(Dhaula Kuan), Ring Road (Near ISBT Kashmere Gate, Sarai Kale Khan), Outer Ring Road(Prashant Vihar to Rohini) etc.

There is likelihood of slowing down and congestion in traffic throughout the city due to increased traffic on roads. General public and motorists are advised to plan their journeys keeping the rush in mind and keep extra time for their journeys so that possible delay can be taken into account. They are also advised to use public transport to avoid congestion on roads. Motorists are advised to follow the directions of the traffic policemen posted on roads to avoid inconvenience.

Traffic Advisory

Repairing work of Janaksetu flyover will be done by MCD from 02.08.12 onwards in the carriageway coming from Janakpuri to Delhi Cantt. The work will take about four months to complete. This carriageway will be closed for the traffic movement. The following traffic diversions and changes have been planned for the benefits of the commuters.

1.The traffic coming from Janakpuri heading towards Delhi Cantt./Dhaula Kaun will be diverted on opposite carriageway from 7AM to 4PM.

2.The traffic coming from Dhaula Kaun/Delhi Cantt. heading towards Janakpuri will be allowed from 4.00 PM to 11.0 PM on their own carriageway.

3.The Sagarpur railway bridge is open for 24 hours on both carriageways for the general commuters.

4.Heavy vehicles will not be allowed on the flyover.

Advisory traffic signages at appropriate locations will be placed for the guidance of the motorists and adequate traffic staff has been deployed to ensure smooth and uninterrupted flow of traffic Motorists are advised to follow the diversions and obey instructions of the traffic police.
