Onboarding Instructional

Once you have clicked and arrived to the Onboarding page, you are going to see the Werner logo along with the address.

**(As a note, at anytime during this process you are disqualified for any reason, you will receive a message indicating that. Please call the phone number in the message and talk with the Carrier Compliance department)**

Page1:

Click the green “continue” button in the bottom right corner.

Page2:

You will see a Welcome Message. Click the green “continue” button in the bottom right corner.

Page3:

Use the drop down box to choose which method you would like to use to look up your company. You can pick Company name, MC, or DOT. Once that is done, then enter the corresponding information in the area below the drop down. Click the green “search” button. Confirm your company and click on it.

Page4:

You will see all your company information displayed. Confirm this is your carrier. If it is “check” the yes and then click the green “continue” button.

Page5:

You will see a display on whether or not your company has met all the criteria Werner has set. You will see CPR rating, Government Safety Rating, Authority, CSA, and Insurance. If this all looks correct, “check” the Yes and then click the green “continue” button.

Page 6:

You will see a list of questions Werner needs answered in order to Onboard with them. Please answer all the questions and click the green “continue” button in the bottom right corner.

Page 7:

Please fill out all the areas with an “*” next to it, as well as all the Corporate Contact information for your company. Also, you have the ability to provide various piece of information about your company for Werner to have on file. If you have not filled out all the required information the system will direct you to the area that needs filled in before moving on. Once all required information is completed, click the green “continue” button.

Page8:

This is the document section of the onboarding process. In this area you will find all the documents you may or may not need to complete the Onboarding process. This is where you will find the documents to sign up for Trailer Interchange, Pay options, Work Comp, and other questionnaires. Please follow the steps below in order to complete this section completely:

1.)  Determine which forms you need

2.)  Download each form and print it out

3.)  Complete each form and sign

4.)  Scan and upload each form back into the Onaboarding program

Once all the forms are uploaded, then click the green “Continue” button in the bottom right corner.

Please include a copy of your signed W9 and original operating authority or re-entitlement.

**Note, once you have clicked continue, you are not able to go back at this time. So, please be sure to upload all the documents before moving forward.**

Page 9:

This is the W9 section. Fill in all appropriate infromation for your company. Click the green “continue” button in the bottom right.

Page 10:

You are required to input at least 1 preferred lane you like to run. You may include more, but you do not have too. Once done, click the Add button. You will see the lane added below. Then click the green “continue” button in the bottom right corner.

Page 11:

This is the contract page. Please be sure to read through the contract and input the appropriate information into each text bubble. Make sure you scroll all the way over so you read all the information and provide the appropriate information. You will not be able to move forward until all the information is provided. Once it is, “check” the box in the bottom left. Then click the green “continue” button in the bottom right corner.

Page12:

You will see a Qualified or Disqualified message. Call the number in the message if you have any questions.
