PEACEFUL REVOLUTIONS

Directions: For this assignment, you will be doing independent research on the Chromebooks about SIX different peaceful revolutionaries. These SIX people are Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King Jr., Susan B. Anthony, Harriet Tubman & Irena Sendler. For each of these individuals, you will be answering the WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, WHY & HOW of their movements. We will have ALL WEEK with the Chromebooks to work on this MAJOR assignment. This assignment is due FRIDAY, APRIL 28th by the END OF CLASS (no exceptions). Each revolutionary is worth 50 points for a total of 300 points for this assignment. To pace yourself correctly, you should complete AT LEAST TWO (2) of these individuals per class period. If you finish all six in one class period, you did not complete sufficient research and will need to go back and add more to your research. How you use your class time will be strictly monitored. If, for example, you choose to talk, play on your cell phones or abuse the hall pass, that will count against your grade for this assignment because those behaviors will interfere with getting this submitted ON TIME. We are spending THREE FULL CLASS PERIODS conducting this research and completing this assignment.
