CONTRACT

on Transfer of the Videoconferencing Equipment for the Tempus Project JP 144584-2008

The Contract is signed between the following parties:

Faculty of Philosophy,located in Novi Sad, No. 2 Dr Zorana Đinđić Street, on behalf of which the signatories are: for the manager of the Tempus Project JP 144584-2008 Prof. Dr Olivera Gajić, Vice-Dean for Education and for Dean Prof. Dr Ivana Živančević-Sekeruš, Vice-dean for science and international relations(hereinafter Faculty of Philosophy)

and

University of Zenica, Faculty of Pedagogy in Zenica, No. 3 Fakultetska Street, Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina on behalf of which the signatory is the rector Prof. Dr Sabahudin Ekinović, (hereinafter Faculty of Pedagogy).

Article 1

The contracting parties confirm that Faculty of Philosophy has conducted a public procurement on the basis of which the contract has been signed with M.D.S. Informatics Engineering Ltd, Belgrade and the videoconferencing equipment was purchased for the purposes of the Tempus project JP 144584-2008.

Article 2

On the basis of this contract, the parties agree that Faculty of Philosophy will provide one kit of videoconferencing equipment for the use of Faculty of Pedagogy free of charge, that the delivery and installation of the equipment will be done by M.D.S. Informatics Engineering Ltd, Belgrade after the signing of this contract and signing of the Minutes on the Handover of the Videoconferencing Equipment. The parties confirm that M.D.S. Informatics Engineering Ltd, Belgrade is obliged to organise a ten-hour training for the use of the videoconferencing equipment on the premises of Faculty of Pedagogy and that Faculty of Pedagogy will settle the details of the training directly with the M.D.S. Informatics Engineering.

Article 3

Faculty of Pedagogy is obliged to use the videoconferencing equipment in accordance with the provisions of the already signed contracts and annexes and especially in accordance with the rules and the purpose of the Tempus project JP 144584-2008, and is to keep and maintain the equipment with due care and diligence. The costs of the routine maintenance and the costs of fixing possible malfunctions which are not under the guarantee or occurring after the guarantee period expired are to be covered by Faculty of Pedagogy.

Article 4

With the consent of both parties, this contract makes one whole with the previously signed legal regulations on the implementation of the Tempus project JP 144584-2008, and the Minutes on the Handover of the Videoconferencing Equipment are to make an integral part of this contract and its Annex 1. Each party is to name a person who will be authorised to handover the equipment and to sign Minutes on the Handover.

Article 5

The contract can be altered only in a writer annex, signed by the official representatives of the parties.

Article6

The Contract is signed in four (4) copies out of which each party retains two.

Article7

The contracting parties proclaim that they read and understood the contract and that the contract provisions reflect their actual will, so they sign the contract.
