In 2017, Rolling Green Fairways welcomed over 500 ladies over four event nights, to enjoy the golf course, enjoy a night out with friends, win a ton of prizes, thanks to the support of our community, and a great meal.
Fast forward to 2018 and we can’t wait to get started again. We will offer four evenings again in 2018, but starting a bit earlier ... in May!!! And ending off the season with a SATURDAY LADIES NIGHT WINDUP in September!!! Stay tuned on FB & Twitter, as well as our website at for more details.

At Rolling Green Fairways, we love to see the ladies passionate about golfing … and those just passionate about getting out on the course and enjoying a beautiful evening with friends, a chance to win a few great prizes and enjoy an awesome dinner afterwards, courtesy of Catering ... By Rolling Green.
We recognize the tight and busy schedules of so many ladies out there, and therefore DO offer Ladies Day, All Day Every Wednesday … resulting in half price green fees and Happy Hour in the Clubhouse all Day long.
That being said, we would love the opportunity to get all the ladies together, JUST ONCE PER MONTH !!! There is no skill requirement and we welcome both Adult and Senior Women Alike. ***Please note that prizes will not be based on skill or scores ... while there will be “hole” prizes, this is meant to be a fun and non-competitive event, and most prizes will be done by draw.
We are actively seeking sponsors and prize donations to ensure a great evening, with some great gifts, for all the ladies. We are also open to non-competitive home-based business vendors, setting up their goods/services at each of the events.

LADIES NIGHTSPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
LEVEL ONE: PRIZE SPONSOR
This would be your generous donation of a door prize, to hold an approximate minimum value of $50, and will be put into the prize pot and allotted at one of the pre-designated Ladies Nights. Your generous donation will be acknowledged via social media platforms as well as verbally at the dinner service during prize presentation and you may brand it to ensure maximum exposure.
LEVEL TWO: PRIZE SPONSOR, WITH OPPORTUNITY TO SHOWCASE
As per the same terms as mentioned above, but with the opportunity to “set up” or “showcase” your product for sale, immediately following golf, during dinner service and prize presentation. Maximum of 4 per evening and may not result in any conflict of interest with similar product being showcased. Arrangements for showcasing can be made with Heather at by calling 780-872-1660. (10 spots available for the windup in September)
LEVEL THREE: “FRIENDS OF THE LADIES” HOLE SPONSOR (18 AVAILABLE)
A cash sponsorship, at a value of $250.00, your funds will be used to purchase prizes throughout the duration of the four different ladies’ night dates and windup, with the flexibility to apply to hole prizes, door prizes or GRAND PRIZES. Your generous donation will be acknowledged with signage, at a pre-designated hole, verbally at the dinner service during prize presentation, on all four ladies nights as well as the windup, , with additional acknowledgement by Rolling Green Fairways on our website and Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram)
LEVEL FOUR: TITLE SPONSOR – sold ... TRYTON TOOL SERVICES ...
A cash sponsorship, at a value of $1,000.00, your company will be named in the Title of our Ladies Nights’ Events and branded as such ... (ie: 2018 (name of company sponsor) Ladies Night, with Rolling Green Fairways, and 4 (FOUR) 9-hole green fees to be used anytime throughout the year. Your funds will be used to purchase prizes throughout the duration of the four different ladies’ night dates.
