ON GOING GOAL BANK DEVELOPMENT

1.  The student will be able to access his school environment/materials with or without adaptive equipment.

a.  The student will be able to walk to all areas of his school environment with rest breaks as needed and additional time allowed, in 4 out of 5 opportunities.

b.  The student will be able to manage personal belongings (backpack, folders, paper/pencils) with or without modifications, with additional time allowed if necessary, in 4 out of 5 opportunities.

c.  The student will be able to get in/out of a chair independently with or without modifications, in 4 out of 5 opportunities.

Goal: Student will develop self and advocacy skills, asking for help when needed.

Objective: Student will identify situations and procedures for contacting appropriate persons for assistance.

Goal: Student will cooperate and participate in group activities.

Objective: Student will participate and make contributions to group activities.

Student will increase positive self management and social skills to work with others.
