A property was bought by ABC Unlimited to build a factory on but the property was under water due to its low elevation. ABC Unlimited decides to pump out water from their property until it’s dry. Engineers determine that the property will be dry when its water level is 60 inches below sea level. As they pump, seepage from the nearby Morluck Pond causes Morluck Pond to slowly get pumped away as well. The following table gives the water level on the property and the water level in Morluck Pond (in inches relative to sea level).
